Your customer service is the best I've ever had to deal with. The screens I ordered didn't fit my window. I was credited the full amount and new screens were shipped right away. Your company is awesome!
I have been searching for window screens, after buying two other brands, I came across these. I bought one, and very happy with it. Solid, the wire screen is firmly attached to the fram. I'm buying three more of this brand.
It dix the job of keeping babies, kittens, puppies(bathroom) hyenas, mice, roaches, birds from coming into my home
Easy to put in, fits great.
Perfect fit. Clear view not obstructed as the old wooden framed ones. Easy smooth opening to full size. Highly recommend.
Air conditioning went out so I bought out of desperation. The white frame blended with my window frame and it worked well. It issue is that there are small tabs where the screen slides wider. There tabs prevent the screen from fitting g flush against the top of the window. This several bugs flew in over the 4 days I used it.
Came in big box. Slightly twisted. Other then that its what i needed
Purchased 3 of these and they arrived badly bent. I can kind of twist them into place to put them in my windows, but I know I cant be too rough because they're quite flimsy. Id return them but I tried to order these before and my order was canceled for whatever reason so I don't want to go through that again.
I ordered 4 of this product online to be picked up same day at my local store. When I got them, I looked at them and thought they looked a lot more narrow than I expected them to bed. When I got them home, I measured them, and while the cardboard label said 15" height, they are only 10". They will be returned tomorrow for a refund or the correct size. Maybe it was a bad batch that that were tagged wrong. Either way, it is not acceptable to sell a mislabeled product. The product itself looks to be great quality for the price, even at 10". If that is what I thought I was ordering, I think I would be quite happy with these. You can also move the clips/slide to the opposie sides of the frames to exend them to around 13" (would have solved my problem if they were longer) if you needed to.
Not what is stated States PACK OF 6 I got 1 not at all happy with this!!!!
