I bought this wondering if it would be any good. To mine and my family’s surprise it was delicious. We made homemade sushi bowls and this salmon was great! I’ve had many brands of frozen fish and they’ve tasted like it…this was honestly so much better!
I've been buying only wild salmon because I saw on the news that farm raised salmon have a higher mercury level. This is a great choice to keep fresh salmon in the fridge. It's packaged in individual sealed lock bags so you just thaw and cook. Best of all it's super tasty and healthy!
Very disappointed with the description on package. It says 3 servings ( or upon closer reading "about " 3 servings ) Last time I bought this there were 3 pieces of salmon...today only 2. How am I going to serve this to my guests tonight....cut one fillet in half ? Just say how many pieces or fillets are in the package, please !
I purchased these..I was quite disappointed. ..1st I thought I overcooked the fillet.filled.. Tried again..lowered temp..cooked less.. Again the same chewy. Salmon filled : ( I have had tasty Fresh Salmon..this is nothing near tasty and good. Especially for the price for 4 fillers I do not recommend these..quite disappointing no matter how less you cook them.. Take the $12-$14 go buy really fresh fish
These fillets used to be very tasty, havw great texture, amd little to no bones. However, the last batch that I purchased was chewy and the most recent one had more bones than a graveyard. (Both pics taken at the same time). Unfortunately, I will not be buying these anymore.
I opened the package and it only contained 2 individual wrapped pieces of fish whereas the package says it's supposed to have 3 servings per container! What a rip off!

I found over 15 bones in one 4oz filet.
The quality of this salmon has went WAY downhill. Super fishy smelling, one of my packets wasn't sealed and the filet was sliding around pulling directly out of the freezer. Bones, bones and more bones. It also looks packaged like a toddler did it in the dark. Very sloppy and not quality at all. Threw the bag away after cooking two filets that weren't edible. Very disappointed. Will never buy again!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
I originally order a different brand and this, is the substitution i received. i hauge a huge house os 4 bags of the brand i usually get is more than enough. THESE BAGS ONLY HAVE 2 PIECES IN THEM !?!? FOR ALMOST $10 !?
