These scallops were delicious. I decided to add some scallops to my shrimp fried fried when I made it this time. I cut each scallop into three or four parts and seasoned them along with the shrimp that I cut in half. I coated the scallops and shrimp with corn starch and cooked them in a very thin layer of canola oil. I ate some before I added them to the fried rice and other ingredients. The scallops were delicious both ways.

This is a premium scallop product. I've dealt with many online providers and they all included the small muscle which has to be removed as it's too chewy to be edible. Who knew that the Walmart brand removes the muscle rather than charging for this throwaway. Congratulations on your best practices.
Not up to my standards. Tasteless and small as well as not moist. Price is high for this quality and lack of taste.
