I really enjoyed the Thai chicken which was loaded with flavor & juicy plump chicken breast. So I tried the Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Chicken kit. After coming home from work my wife and I enjoy making these quick meals, because the price is right, considering how much chicken is in the meal. We usually add fresh or frozen vegetables to the skillet, which makes the meal portions a bit larger. I have a big appetite. By adding vegetables you can easily serve 4 adults with good portions. I found that the Roasted Garlic, Rosemary and Balsamic was a little on the bland and salty side. I suggest to those that buy this to add a little balsamic vinegar, maybe about 3 tbl. spoonfulls just before serving to get that BAM Effect.
