I ordered this binder thinking I was buying something new, not some used, bruised, returned item! The first clue was no cover sheet on the front of the binder. There are binder clip marks all along the sides of the binder where another binders clips pressed against it, dents everywhere and a huge gouge along the bottom edge. This is definitely NOT a new item, by any means. It may not have been expensive, but I sure expected the common curtesy of having a NEW item that I paid for sent to me in a box that had some kind of padding (this box was half taped and no packing material of any kind!) and securely taped, not falling apart on my doorstep with a used binder sloshing around in it. I am SO disappointed!
