When did arrived first aid she said was I didn't think it was that huge and to be quite frankly honest it takes up the whole counter space. I told her it was not a little one by far. It is very well made as well as very powerful too.

modern design, interior ceramic coating makes it easy to clean. it's a bit noisy during operation. unfortunately after about 1.5 years the display started to loose some of the digits (no longer illuminating, see picture). i had a similar issue with my samsung wine fridge, which samsung will service free of charge, even though out of warranty. that is great service on samsung's' behalf and i will remain a loyal customer because of this. i would however recommend samsung increase quality control with their display manufacturer because this is now the second time this has happened... i will probably have to foot the bill on the microwave myself, or if the cost exceeds the value maybe purchase a new microwave.
We have enjoyed this microwave. Easy to clean - interior and exterior. Performed perfectly until about 6 months ago. The clock kept changing time after cooking time finished. It worked reset back to 12:00. Then it began taking longer to heat food. Then the block began setting to random times. Note it's been making a noise at times, it sounds like it's groaning. So, I was researching to find a similar model. I figured I would pull up our model to get the specs. I noticed the 10 yesr limited warranty. Ours was manufactured in January of 2019. So, it performed at 100% for a” just under 4-1/2 years. Less than half its expected lifetime. That's why it got 4 stars, which may be generous. I should have given 3-1/2 stars, but that isn't an option. We will see how customer service homies their warranty. That will depend on whether they lose a star (or two) from me our get a 5-start rating. Stay tuned…

i enjoy using this microwave and it gets the job done. it has plenty of space which is awesome. when the microwave arrives the bottom and side were dented. the sensor cooking doesn't really work either, we tried heating up a pizza and it overcooked it to the point where the pizza was too hard to eat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this microwave about 6 months ago and use it daily. Very dependable. The blue interior makes it stand out from others in the field. Only issue is the sound from startup that last about 8 to 10 seconds and then reverts to a normal range. I guess this is inherent in all microwaves.
