[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my dish washer about a month ago. The dish washer is great! It's quiet and cleans everything quick. I like how the buttons are hidden on top of the door. And how user friendly it is. I have probably used it over 50 times so far with no issues. I really like the space it has. I have put large pots and pans in it with no issues and no mater how packed it is it always comes out clean! I am a mechanic and bring my lunch every day so naturally I get oil and hard to clean stains on some of the Tupperware and cups I bring, and using the sanitary mode it gets everything lookin good as new. Extremely excited and happy to receive this product!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asks. I've been telling the people I work with and my mom who has been looking for one for a while went out and got one after seeing mine. And she is also very happy! Great product

I was having a lot of trouble with my previous dishwasher and needing to run it for several cycles to get one load of dishes clean, but this Samsung dishwasher cleans the dishes immaculately with one wash. It is super quiet so it does not disturb what the rest of the house is doing. The optimal cycle detection is a great feature. The third rack also helps me wash more dishes than I would usually be able to. This makes it a much quicker and efficient process! I would highly recommend this to anybody else looking for a new dishwasher!
This is not a quality dishwasher . I got mine 4 years ago and after two years I started to see the material on the bottom ripping and water started to leak. Then a bunch of water just came gushing out of the bottom. I will now have to replace. This is my second Samsung. They do not last
I purchased this dishwasher in 2022 and the tray started to be rusted in 2 years. Cannot believe this terrible quality..
The upper and lower racks on this rusted and disintegrated within 2 years. Avoid this model. Actually, many Samsung dishwashers have a rack rusting problem. Google it if you don't believe me.
This dishwasher is falling apart!!! It is only four years old and both racks are rusting like crazy and the hose pump just went out. Water is leaking everywhere so we're out a dishwasher. To buy the parts to fix everything is more than the cost of the dishwasher.
Arrived damaged. Since did not come from Walmart store I had to box and send back. They did refund me but lots of hassle. Do not buy any appliance that doesn't come from store. Not worth the small savings.
