[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this refrigerator yesterday morning and all I can say is wow! 1st of all it is absolutely beautiful. Of course it now makes the rest of my kitchen look even more dated than it is. So I'm gonna need Samsung to do a campaign for a stove and a dishwasher pretty soon. Lol. I LOVE the fact that the ice maker is in the door. My old fridge had it in the freezer part itself which effectively took up almost half the space in the freezer. The Samsung design is so much better. I basically doubled my freezer capacity with the same size unit. I also like the fact that the ice and water dispenser is tall enough to get those big cups into easily without making a mess. Now to the Family Hub. I really thought that this might just be more of a novelty but it's really not. The best way I can describe it is it's like having a giant 21 inch Samsung Galaxy smartphone. You have several screens just like a phone and a lot of the same apps. The speaker actually sounds better than a lot of Bluetooth speakers that you buy. You can upload your photos to a folder and set them for backgrounds and screen savers. You can leave notes and or drawings for someone. The grocery list feature is extremely helpful. You can also stream videos on here and screen share what you are watching from your Samsung TV! Just in case you are wondering, the Family Hub works seamlessly with an iPhone so you don't have to have a Samsung phone to enjoy all the features. I absolutely love this refrigerator. I do have two very minor things that I will mention. This particular model does not have any adjustable shelves. That's not a huge deal but you can not stand a 2 liter soda bottle up on any of the shelves in the refrigerator. Fortunately there is a bin on the bottom of the door that will hold 4 very nicely. The other is also very minor but I would love a light that would activate in the ice and water dispenser when using it at night so you could see when the glass is full. As it is you have to turn the light on in the kitchen. That's really it. I never thought that I would ever be this excited over a kitchen appliance. Thank's Samsung. You are awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've been very pleased with this purchase. The refrigerator is very spacious. I was a little concerned because it only has 2 drawers instead of 3 and less door shelves than my previous kitchen aid fridge but because of the large space it hasn't been an issue. I do wish the ice maker had a larger capacity but I do like the smaller cubes instead of the standard rectangular ones. My kids love the whiteboard feature and the Alexa integration. I love the photo gallery and the ease of uploading family photos from my phone. I still haven't had time to to read about all of the family hub features but look forward to exploring. I am wondering what it will be like in 10 years as technology progresses.I do wish it had larger data storage capacity.

i am in love with this fridge. absolutely amazing. keeps nice and cold, love that the ice maker is on the door so we have lots of room in the freezer. the fridge part is also super s[spacious. i didn't notice in the pictures i looked at before purchasing that the top "drawer" to hold butter and cheeses isn't a drawer on this fridge but a regular shelf. and i must say i do not miss the "drawer" i love the shelf idea as i don't have to worry about opening the fridge and butter/cheese come flying at me anymore.

We really like this fridge, starting from outside it looks modern and cool. inside it is also roomy and offers plenty of space. The fridge is quiet while it works and on the left side it has the freezer while on the right holds the rest. The filter is easy to change and the fridge lets you know when it needs to be changed. We really like having a smart fridge, can play music or videos, read recipes or articles while in the kitchen. The app is also useful to communicate with the fridge and see inside from afar. There are plenty of functions that we are enjoying and these are just some. Our favorite large, cool and amazing fridge.
Very disappointed in this fridge. For the money it costs do you think they would've put a little more effort into the engineering and design of this. Let's start off with the first problem which is the water hook up line is too short so you will undoubtedly damage it if you forget it's back there without adding an extension before hand. Next to the icemaker is pathetic. Makes ice very slowly and the reservoir is terribly small. There is no light to guide you when you are filling your water at night time. There is no butter drawer at the top of the fridge where are you put things such as butter or cream cheese or other small jarred items. And perhaps the most important and biggest disappointment is none of the shelves adjust so good luck with 2 L bottles or wine. What were they thinking?… For the money you spend there should've been a little more thought put into this. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. If they are comfortable letting this go out to people that I am comfortable taking my business elsewhere. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future. I have barely had this fridge for two years and already the compressor goes off and on. I am needing to unplug it and plug it back everytime to get the machine to come back on. Truly a waste of money. Samsung I am not happy at all. I need a replacement asap. This is wrong.
