Most refrigerator's run loud-not this one it is whisper quiet as you can't even hear it running. It's beautiful…. Bought it from local Costco warehouse. Very quiet operation with little slower cooling. LED light inside little dark. Ample space. Bottom leveling screws hard to adjust.
We bought this fridge brand new less than 8 months ago. It has already died and we're still waiting for a repair. It seems this is a common issue with the fridge and freezer not cooling and the temperature gauge being incorrect. Our freezer still said -2 and all our items were dethawed. We had to throw away everything which is stressful with the cost of groceries now. Worse, my medication that has to be refrigerated and is on back order was in the fridge. Reading these reviews does not give me hope that we will get this repaired or replaced in a timely manner. We have two Samsung tvs, a new washer/driver, and Samsung chromebook. I'm not worried about how well these items will hold up and will be considering other brands from now on. This is a huge safety issue, one Samsung would be liable for, as the temperature in the fridge is unknown and poses a safety risk! We did get sick after eating an item from the freezer. The cooling was slowly going out and started with the ice maker failing to work because the temperature wasn't cold enough.
Most disappointing and stressful purchase ever! Looks nice but not worth the money or headache. I purchased my appliances in a bundle. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. SCRATCHES EFFORTLESSLY. The stainless steel is even wearing off in certain spots. God for bid anyone touches it or brushes against it. Scratches everywhere. So much for “fingerprint resistant.” What a joke. I was better off purchasing plastic appliances, but I wanted something nice. Shame on me. I would expect after this review Samsung would reach out and try to make things right. After my experience, I would never recommend.

Unfortunately, it start malfunctioning within 2 weeks of installation. Lot of frosting in the freezer everywhere on food, in freezer walls, compartments and also on glider tracks and wheels. Food going bad. Very disappointed.
