It is large, absolutely quiet, so quiet that I had to ask the installer if it was working. The “flex” option is just a genius idea and overall we are delighted. Best refrigerator we have ever had. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 29 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator a few months ago. The delivery and installation were great. When I received my refrigerator I noticed a dent in one of the bottom doors. When I asked the delivery person what they could do about it, he stated that they could not do anything. They had already removed my old unit, so I decided to keep the new refrigerator. Other than that I have had no issues with the refrigerator, I really like it. The water pitcher is great and my kids are actually drinking more water now. We previously had one with a water dispenser on the outside and it was always very messy. This design with the pitcher really cuts down on the mess, which with our previous refrigerator caused build up and streaking that was difficult to clean. I love the flexibility that you have with this refrigerator. The top half of the refrigerator is very spacious and can be configured to meet different needs. Also, the ability to change the temperature in the different zones offers a lot of flexibility. Flexibility also continues in the bottom. I use the left side strictly for freezing and the right side offers flexible temperature zones that will meet varied needs. We use it for drinks and to store protein that will be used within 48 hours. The ice dispenser is the star of the show. It offers 2 different sizes of ice and produces a significant amount. At first I thought that it would be cumbersome to not have an outside dispenser but to be honest I don't miss it. Our previous unit had an ice dispenser that would constantly freeze over and this seems like it will not be an issue with this unit. One note on the freezer due to the smaller size, if you have a need to store large packages this might not work for you. This isn't an issue for me since I have a standalone freezer in my garage. I am very happy with the features of the refrigerator and it has been working perfectly. I received this refrigerator at a discount price in exchange for my honest review.

Integration with SmartThings is great (I just wish there was an option to see the current temp, not just the set temp). When I first got it, it cools down/got to temp extremely fast thanks to the PowerCool modes. I thought I was going to miss the auto ice dispenser like most refrigerators have but having the ice in the bottom is even better, you have more ice and two types all the time. There is a model with just the water pitcher and no water dispenser, and the outside door doesn't open, I am so glad I got this model instead. Also, customer care/reps were all super friendly and polite to deal with. Thank you, Samsung, for everything!

It is spacious, smartly designed and looks beautiful in my kitchen. The shelves are well made and sturdy, and can accommodate a lot of groceries! But my favorite part of this Samsung 4-dood Flex fridge is the size of the door shelves. They are huge! They can easily fit several gallon containers and more! And because of the bright LED lighting, nothing gets unnoticed inside! The freezer does not disappoint either. It is spacious and roomy. The fridge has a quick freeze feature that lest you cool off stuff in a matter of minutes and I am loving it. On the outside, the fridge is sharp and elegant, and looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. I like that there is always filtered water available and having the pitcher right there limited my usage of water bottles. Because of the fingerprint resistant surface - the outside always looks sharp and cleans easily - really unnoticeable smears easily wipe off with a dry cloth. I have a four year old who is constantly hungry and loves "browsing" the refrigerator, so anytime he leaves the door open, the 2-minute alarm will sound off (very pleasant sound, nothing outrageous) I know the door needs to be shut. I highly recommend this refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing addition to our family! We previously had a sub zero and ot was showing its age with a louder motor and clunky design. Our new samsung refrigerator has more counter depth YES you read correctly MORE COUNTER DEPTH than the sub zero mammoth that was previously as our go to for cold beverages and hungry evenings. Let me just note that we were so lucky as the day before our delivery the mammoth died and we soon saw a shining four door flex in its replacement yeah talk about lucky. With a family of 6 three teenager hungry boys and a toddler that has his own needs the refrigerator quickly and easily accommodated all what we had in the sub zero and left room for more so we went into the garage where we had another freezer and unloaded it too! Samsung said sure no problemo and we finally realized how badly this member was due in our home. With clean water filled up automatically and two types of ice continuously provided without a hiccup we are happy to say the least. This sets the standard for best refrigerators of 2021 and beyond thank you for reading my review!

The stainless steel finish makes a great dry erase board for reminders, grocery lists etc. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because the water pitcher has stopped working and a it's been hard to get it fixed.
For the price, two stars. The French doors are such that you have to either press the left door shut or open/close the right door first. The sensor is positioned such that the alarm won't go off if the door is just slightly ajar, so we often find that the left door is open for hours at a time. Really poor design all around. If the alarm at least worked properly, we would be reminded to push the door shut. We had service put to look at it and he just shrugged and left. The thin stainless panels dent very easily. We have no kids and no pets but we still get dents. The panels are *really* thin. The ice maker is large and poorly designed. We don't use ice much and both trays are usually filled with half-melted and refrozen clumps of ice. Using the scoop pushes ice put the back and down onto the shelf below. It also doesn't seem to ever stop making ice, so it overflows. We like the shelving in the fridge and freezer sections. We're always stocked with tons of frozen veggies so appreciate the relatively large freezer.
I purchased this refrigerator through Costco online in November of 2022. The finish is peeling on the top of the freezer doors through no fault of my own. It is a defective finish. Samsung is not standing behind their product - they say it is cosmetic. I say it is defective as it is on the same spots on both doors.
bought one year ago, worse refrigerator, you can't take flex crisper glass of bottom shelf for clean. Tech support said you need high pressure water to clean the glass. Surprise
