I feel like it takes a little while to warm up and I don't like that the two large burners are next to each other. This makes it very difficult to use two regular size/larger pots at the same time. Was very inconvenient during the holidays trying to cook different dishes at once.
Samsung has a poor ice maker system.. since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. Wish we had bought a different brand appliances
I bought this a little over 2 years ago and from the start it was clear the standard of quality just wasn't there. The glass top shows everything that touches it. The surface is also not very durable. The cooktop we replaced was 25 years old and looked close to new. This cooktop has a lot of scratches from near day 1. Just not a quality product.
Bought this cooktop October 2022 and it stopped working (will not power on) in October 2023 !!! Samsung tells me it only had a 90 day warranty. What happened to a 1 year warranty, unless of course Samsung knew they are selling a sub-standard product ? Very disappointed with the quality of this Samsung product and their after care service !!! They also do not offer factory service product support to my location which is 85 miles NW of Chicago in a city of 300, 000 people ? Unbelievable !!!

Cut-Out Dimensions 28 1/2" W x 4" H x 19 9/16" D NOT!!!! Show the dimensions on a drawing, there is a large section that hangs down in the back that is at least 10"
