[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the microwave and oven combo for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm impressed. I love the look of the unit and the bright easy to use LCD screen really makes it stand out. The unit connects to Samsung Smartthings via Wi-Fi and communicates with our Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. The fridge will even speak “The cooking has completed” once the timer shuts off. This is helpful, because the timer on the oven could be a little louder. You are only given the option to adjust all volume, not just timer volume in the settings menu. Samsung, if you're listening, please push an update that will allow separate volume control. I (and others I suspect) would prefer to set lower “touch” sounds and set the timer volume a bit higher. As far as cooking goes, the microwave is very powerful and even has a feature called Speed Broil, which uses microwave and broiler at the same time to quickly reheat leftovers without them ending up soggy. The microwave cavity can even be used for baking, bringing the total independent baking cavities up to three when you include the lower cavity divided in half with the Flex Duo divider. The smart cooking modes are awesome. If you can't remember what temperature to bake salmon at – just select the Healthy Cooking mode and touch the salmon steak option. Easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo oven microwave is awesome. Having the flex setup in the oven makes meal time easier when cooking items at different Temps. Made dinner time come faster. I haven't tried all the features yet but imagine this is great. The microwave actually cooks our food rather than the dish the food is in or on like our old unit. This has cut down on our cooking times. Just like the oven dinner time is a better experience and comes sooner now. The wifi feature is nice but still could use some work. But being able to operate the over remotely to preheat the oven is nice and being able to see status when I'm away from the oven like upstairs is a very convenient feature. I have had numerous brands in the past and this Samsung unit is by far the best I've had to date. It actually cooks my food the way we want and in less time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Best microwave combination wall oven I have ever seen and owned. This one has tons of features. 1. Microwave can be used as a conventional oven for baking or broil, there is also options for speed bake or speed broil, defrost and sensor cook options. That's amazing. I don't to heat up the big oven if I am just looking to bake few cookies or bake a small pizza, well, I also backed a large pizza in the top. 2. The oven can be used to cook 2 separate items at different temperatures using the separator. Thats a cool feature. 3. Total feel of the appliance is great. The knobs looks really amazing, gives premium feel. The interior lighting is bright and appropriate. The display is very vibrant and shows all the required information and status of the oven or microwave. When idle the screen shows a clock, which is pretty cool. 4. Last but not least, the appliance can be connected to smartthings. The app can be used to monitor the appliance, and check the status of the cooking. The appliance can only be monitored but not controlled from the app, but if the appliance is put in "Smart Control" setting (only available for the oven ), then the app can be used to start the cooking, stop the cooking or change the temperature, turn on or off the oven lights. This is a great feature and I see it using quite often. But one annoying thing is - everytime the appliance is used, I get a popup notification on the phone the cooking is complete or cooking is paused or cooking is cancelled. It was cool initially, but then we use the microwave a lot, so it became annoying. There is no option to disable this notification. But I guess, the ball is in Smarthings app, so the developers can easily fix it. I have reported this in the playstore. Otherwise, it is awesome feature to brag about. Overall, this is a superb appliance, so many cool features. I would surely recommend to a friend or family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had the Samsung Microwave Combination Wall Oven installed to replace our aging unit. Delivery and installation by XPO went smoothly and flawlessly. The technological advances from our last oven are great. We are still learning all the neat features that it offers, but right away we could see how our lives were about to change. The microwave has a large capacity, and is easy to use and program. There are sensor settings that automatically cook the selected items to completion. There are speed broil and convection settings as well, that add an additional space for cooking those large meals when the oven is in use. The oven is also very spacious, and offers 6 rack positions. One of the included racks is a gliding rack which makes it easy to insert and remove large or heavy items. There is also a divider, which when placed in the center rack position, creates two separate temperature zones, allowing more capacity for baking. When in use, the entire unit allows 3 different zones for baking / broiling. The display is large and user friendly. Multiple options are presented based on the mode selected by the larger controls for each space. The oven easily connects to the Samsung SmartThings app, and we can monitor the progress of our meals, and can also remotely start / stop and change temperature. We absolutely love all the features and the ease of use of our new combination wall oven / microwave. Samsung has hit it out the park with this one!

I was warned by a local appliance repair shop not to buy Samsung because I would need to have them serviced frequently. They were right. I like the features on this unit and it looks great, but I have had technical problems with it from the start. Luckily I did listen to the repair shop when they said if I did buy Samsung to get an extended warranty. I would steer clear of this unit.
Bake does not work even after temperature adjust. Bought this, finally came in and it's been 2 months since we installed so we are used to what it is supposed to do. It doesn't get to temperature.
do not buy this oven. this combo must be old.the microwave often smokes when i try to cook on convection. no self-cleaning. the racks have to be removed to self clean. they are not truly stainless. it is like pained an. that is why you have to remove them. cleaning left white stains on the bottom, and there is a streak of grease in the middle of the oven window, between the double panes. no way to clean. the "supposed" divider to split does not work properly. if i had been able to see this oven in action, i never would have made the purchase.
