[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for several months now and would only change one thing...I wish it was possible to pull the knobs up a little more. That would make them easier to clean under. Clean up is easy with a product we buy at one of the “big box” stores. Eyes heat up and cool down quickly. I was not able to get the wifi connection to work, but the customer service agent was trying to be helpful. I just did not have the time to continue our conversation...maybe I'll try at another time. Installation was east too.

Samsung has a poor ice maker system.. since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. Wish we had bought a different brand appliances
