Key Features and Benefits: Easy and intuitive control With Virtual Flame technology you can enjoy the intuitive visual control of flames. LED lighting in front of the burners glows like a real gas flame to clearly show if they're on or off, giving added peace of mind. Merge elements Use your oversized pots and pans to cook without worrying about evenly distributed heat. The FlexCook Zone is a large, open area that offers greater flexibility for cooking multiple dishes, by bridging two left elements to create one large element. It can accommodate different sizes of cookware to cook everything evenly and efficiently without dead zones. Intensive power, extra flexibility A high power dual burner combines intense heat and precise control for maximum cooking efficiency and flexibility. A Power Boost function can reduce cooking times even more with an extra boost of heat. Simmer & melt food without burning The simmer/melt function ensures that the cooking temperature stays low. With more precise control it provides the optimum conditions for gently simmering or melting food, like chocolate or butter, without burning. Safety lock The safety lock function allows for the control panel to be completely locked with just the touch of a button. Automatically safer to prevent accidents A safety shut off provides complete peace of mind. It automatically turns off any cooking zones if things have been left cooking on them for a long time or there's no change in the operation after a certain period. Safe and efficient residual heat use A 2 stage residual heat indicator lets you safely and efficiently use any residual heat for cooking.

Amazing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live at 5,200' above sea level and I was able to boil 2 cups of water in less time using the cooktop than using the microwave. Cooking pasta seemed impossible but now I can get a proper boil and my noodles are much better texture.

i have had our cooktop for about 2-3 years and i love it! i cook quite often and entertain at least once or twice a month and most gatherings are centered around food & family. i love the power boost option to get water boiling quickly for pasta, etc. and the variety of burner sizes and settings are great.

i was diaappoited when i learned that i couldnt get a gas cooktop but this amazing induction cooktop did not disappoint. it has a power surge option and water boils literally in seconds! the heat reduction or increase is immediate when cooking which is awesome. i did have to move the knob because i have toddlers that would be able to reach up and since it isnt attached it would be lost. however, using your finger to adjust is not an issue.

I have just installed the unit and have not had much time to use it. The look is very nice. I have had a little difficulty using the dials and the cooktop turned on max and burned one item when I thought I had set the cooktop to simmer. I hope this is just because I am not familiar with the cooktop yet. Looking forward to learning more I received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time switching to induction, and I was coming from gas. I chose this because of the clean layout, and flex zone. The cooktop is very powerful, and can boil 48oz refrigerator cold water in 3 mins flat. You can quickly boil over something if you're not careful (which I have a few times already). I have enjoyed using it so far, but there are a couple of quirks I found.. 1) If water gets on the controls for too long, it will temporarily lock out the system if it can't tell what your tapping on. Other times it may randomly turn on or off another burner. You can't really wipe the controls clean without something going off. 2) The touch controls can be sensitive/insensitive at times. For example, the magnetic knob does not work as well as I hoped. Sometimes using your finger to drag lags, and then suddenly shoots up to max power. I have adopted the "touch and hold" method instead of sliding, and if you hold, it will set it to that level of power depending on the direction you tap. But it is not precise and usually requires a couple tap-n-hold to get to where i want it. 3) There are 15 power levels, but is hard to guage what each really equates to. The virtual flames don't really help much. 4) At low power settings below 4, you do hear a clicking of the induction turning on/off in order to achieve the lower power output. Overall, it takes some getting used to but it is extremely fast and easy clean up. If I had to choose again, i would probably still get this one, although I would probably also consider ones that have traditional knob controls as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about a month ago and I am quite happy with it, few highlight: fast to heat, easy to clean and the blue flame with the heat intensity is great. Lowlights: the magnetic button does not work properly.

I received compensation for this review but the review is my own. I considered a Gas Range and induction but I purchased this Induction cooktop after reading about the negative health effects of Gas ranges. I liked the sleek style of the cooktop and digital operating system. It was recently installed so I'll write a follow-up review once I have more time to use it!

I have had my induction cooktop for 5 years and LOVE how quickly it heats up but HATE that any water that boils over from my pans or drips from my lids onto the surface will shut the entire cooktop off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love having induction and have no idea the quality of the induction compared to others as we changed over to ceramic so heating is so much quicker from our past experience. It looks great and works well and the long burner is great for a cast iron griddle. The only feature I do not like is how sensitive the on/off/power button which bugs me wI'm wiping up a spill. Sometimes it turns the entire cooktop off so I have to reset all the burners.
