It offers many options for all kinds of fabric and makes the process a breeze. I also like the active waterjet feature that's ideal for prewashing or just washing something by hand in the washer. Very happy so far. Works flawlessly. Happy with my purchase.

we have been using the washer about 2 weeks and so far love it. it lets me make a lot of choices and has a very deep tub. easy to use, very quite and low vibration. amazing choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought dryer exactley ayear ago, stopped heating. Samsung came right out and replace the sensor Loving my dryer again
i went to use my new washer and when i opened the top, i found extra parts had been left in the wash bin. worse, the installer ran the self-clean cycle without having removed those items from the washer. my fear is having run the self-clean cycle with these parts inside might have damaged it. tbh, i am frustrated with samsung and their installation process because i had issues not with one, not with two, but with three appliances.
