Great washer and great service
This is the first brand new washer I've had in years and it's amazing! Love all the choices!!
This washer is the best I have ever purchased
Have only used washing machine 3 times so far. We are very pleased with its performance and how quiet it is when washing. Very easy to operate.
Nice washer, many features, only issue is when I was any bedding and spin begins, the washer is unbalanced and stops. It's a pain to get it balanced again.
The day we had this unit delivered we washed a few loads and on the 3rd load it started sending error messages and flashing red, it wouldn't spin and it became extremely HOT! My husband could barely touch the motor. We immediately called to return it. When it would work it did great tho.
This washing machine is a joke. The short cycle takes 2 hours! MAny cycles take over 3 hours! Does not get really get dirty things clean even with bleach! IF YOU ORDER THIS YOU HAVE JUST 48 HOURS TO DECIDE TO KEEP OR SEND BACK. Does not spin adequately. Only COLD RINCE.
we bought this washer on black friday, didn't realize how dark this experience was going to be for us. the washer quit working after 10 loads. after a bunch of phone calls where we had to do the work, a service tech from a 3rd party came out to look at the unit. he determined it needed a replacement board, which we found out a week later, is not available. customer service from samsung is non excitant, nice people to talk to, but no one can make a decision. we've had this non-working washer now since nov 22. and no satisfaction from samsung. oh yeah, the store where we bought it "can't do anything" because we've had the washer for more than 48 hours. i had no idea that we only exist as customers for 48 hours, then its someone else' problem... very sad!
I bought this a year and 3 days ago. It will no longer spin and smells like burning rubber. Samsung will not cover the cost of repair (3 days past warranty) and labor cost alone will be over $350, not including parts. Better off just buying a new one than spending it on a repair.
