We love our new washer! This washer is incredible. We have 3 teenagers in sports and this washer has no problems cleaning their uniforms. The washer is so quiet. Everything we wash comes out incredibly clean.

The capacity, the efficiency and the design. Laundry is a breeze and my most favorite feature is the SmartThings app that im able to use to connect both units to my phone... it's a total game changer. Great job as always Samsung!

This is a very good product but I was advised that it would likely shift / move more on the spin cycle which it does. It seems much lighter weight than the LG. The answer is not overloading it. It's a great price point vs competing units which made the sale; less features but I don't need them all. I would rate this a 5 if the base was heavier for less vibration … it's fine if not stuffed …
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were installed a week ago. I've only used them 3x now but they're a lot louder than I expected them to be. Loud clunking noises for washer and dryer without even a half load in them. Annoying for sure.
Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it's already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place had broken in half.
The worst appliance ever, always the same this is the last machine that I bought !!! In three years 2 machines. I call a technician and the repair is the same price as one new washer.
