The capacity, the efficiency and the design. Laundry is a breeze and my most favorite feature is the SmartThings app that im able to use to connect both units to my phone... it's a total game changer. Great job as always Samsung!

This is a very good product but I was advised that it would likely shift / move more on the spin cycle which it does. It seems much lighter weight than the LG. The answer is not overloading it. It's a great price point vs competing units which made the sale; less features but I don't need them all. I would rate this a 5 if the base was heavier for less vibration … it's fine if not stuffed …

do not buy this front load washer. junk... from day one we've had issues with violent shaking getting worse over time until the warranty expires then it fails... had samsung service out twice in 1.5 years. after this next repair about everything inside has been replaced... latest issues are broken bolts and defective weight balancers... can't use washer above lowest spin cycle. this unit is a definite lemon! i buy a lot of samsung products... phones, tvs... previous washer was also a samsung he front loader and lasted 10 years before shaft bent making it unrepairable. caution with samsung appliances! they have honored service under warranty but with all this shaking i'm sure this product will fail again after latest repairs sticking me with repair bills for this lemon.
Terrible washer. Barely just over 2years old and it's already needing major repairs. Loud knocking on the door. Called support and said it was out of warranty. Their parts are crap. Opened up the machine to find one ofthe screws that holds the drum in place had broken in half.
The worst appliance ever, always the same this is the last machine that I bought !!! In three years 2 machines. I call a technician and the repair is the same price as one new washer.
