I bought this tv for my husband's Christmas gift for him to play games, watch movies and watch sports better. He loves it and always mentions how great the resolution is.
I bought the TV on line. It was well packaged. The picture quality is great, very clear. The Tv is light in weight and very easy to put together and set up.
I love the TV! Not sure why there are any negative reviews, because the Tv is really nice. It has nice colors and graphics, and I enjoy all the features and smart TV apps. It also has a very nice sound system.
Great picture quality, light weight, stylish, thin. Sound quality could use some help, but the pic quality is amazing. WiFi range is reasonable. Would definitely recommend
This is an awesome tv! The smart TVs are getting smarter and smarter! This one has an option to put your phone up to the corner and stream whatever is on your phone to your tv. It's insane
Back of TV, the plastic has the appearance of oil like blotches in the plastic. Plastic is not damaged, just blotches on the left back side, not the right. Came sealed from factory. Tried to capture a good image, but camera not able to pick them all up as well as actually seeing it. If you notice toward the bottom of the photo, you'll see one of the blotches. I saw a video where they say Samsung uses recycled plastics (which is a good thing for the environment and I'm glad they do). Maybe that's why? It does not involved the operation of the TV at all, very happy with the TV, just an observation on my part. Anyone else notice this on the back of their 690T?
Ordered this tv online because it was out of stock in store but the husband went in the local store to see them in stock. We paid $278 online but when the order came in the sticker price was $248. $30 less!! I would love to know how to get that price difference back without returning the entire tv, which would be a hassle!
Had so many issues with this purchase. Tv got here damaged . Called online customer service and they put me on hold for 29 minutes only to hang up on me. Called back and waited 17 for a supervisor and he couldn't do anything about it. So walmart has 600.00 on hold to refund. 300 for the damaged TV and 300 for the replacement that apparently walmart thought was a fraud? And this is after I had purchased a TV from you a few days before. I guess customers cannot buy multiple tv's without walmart thinking were doing fraud. Unheard of!
The tv was left on our walkway facing the street/curb in original box for anyone to see and take. There was room on our porch to leave it even with another box delivered on porch. I don't know why it would be delivered in that location so carelessly. I also wasn't notified of delivery and just happened to see it.
Had the tv 2 months and turned on twice, on the 3rd time black screen. Could hear sound but no screen. Ridiculous! And the return policy is only 15 days!
