Came shipped to us undamaged and has a great picture! Love it.
Excellent PICTURE AND QUALITY AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH THE FREE MOVIES AND TV CHANNELS THAT COME FREE WITH PURCHASE OF SAMSUNG TV WITH THEIR OWN SAMSUNG PLUS TV ON IT AND EASILY TO NAVIGATE AND ADD APPS.
Excellent TV. Easy to set up and navigate. Still having a problem getting 3rd party apps. The stand that comes with it is almost inadequate --just very thin legs. Since the screen is so light it's working for now. Probably will hv to buy a wall connection.
I bought this tv back in November. couple of days ago took it out of the box no issues but after 2 days this purple line showed up out of nowhere. Contacted Samsung support and tech is suppose to come take a look. I swear this crap happens all the time with thier tvs! If i can get a tech out here asap and are able to fix the issue ill change my stars to 3...
There is an update tried to download on a flash drive Samsung said and it won't work. Almost crashed my son's computer. Freezes up , our Nintendo switch shuts off all of a sudden. Freezes
We bought this TV 2 years ago. It's dead now. The LED went out on the right side and then the bottom of the TV started to glow white. Within a day the bottom of the TV was hot — hot enough to feel like it shouldn't be plugged in anymore.
Brand new out of the box, all corners have a white glow, along with parts of the bottom of the screen. While watching Netflix and other apps where you can see the black light. I'm beyond disappointed, I'm going to exchange it, and hope there isn't the same issue.
I wish I could give a zero star. It's not the product it's the customer service for Walmart.com. My item is damaged and they will not give me any kind of credit for the inconvenience, they would rather have me send the entire tv back.
Light bleed all over the screen, right out of the box for the SECOND time. Have to warranty it out as soon as possible because I am not returning this for a SECOND time.
What they should know is that we received our TV shattered and broken. They have picked it up over 10 days ago and still have not processed it so we can get our replacements. This isn't good customer services. I have called Walmart and they are still waiting for the delivery service to process the return to send us our replacement. I paid well over 1,000 for this product and can't get a resolution in a timely manner and have followed all the requirements for the process. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, THIS IS REDICULOUS can't say that I would recommend them.
