The picture quality is fabulous. The remote is easy to use, even in the dark the unique feel of the buttons makes it easy access all the features. my highest rating all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife refers to this TV as the best decision we've made. I try not to think that getting married is the best decision we made and the TV is the second best... I feel somewhat dishonest reviewing this product as I am colorblind and lack all depth perception but My wife and I both agree that we had to relearn how to watch TV after getting this. The colors are very bright and vibrant and the images are crystal clear. While I have no qualms with the default factory speakers, I do think surround sound or a soundbar would greatly enhance the audio experience. This was an open box purchase and it came with no remote but a simple universal remote serves very will and I admit to using the smart things app on my phone and tablet to control the TV though it does need to be powered on, first. I'm not sure if this is because I have split WiFi for computers and devices and the TV and phone are on different channels? The issue is not so problematic that I have spent time trying to solve it. Gaming on it has been a blast and streaming smooth and flawless. Maybe my wife is right about it being out best decision...
I love this tv! I have one issue but it's slightly minor so I still want to give 5 stars in hopes that someone can help me. I have pop ups on my screen after my purchase that tell the features of the tv. I'm pretty sure it's because it was the floor model but I don't know how to get them to go away 😓

We debated a larger screen size, but this has been perfect for viewing in a large space. One of the main surprises was that the smart technology replaced several devices we had attached to our previous television. AppleTV device - not needed we can access the same apps (including AppleTV) directly through the menu. Also, a major surprise was the Xbox app. We had an Xbox one, but connecting the app and wireless controller was so easy and simple. It loads fast and seems to even perform better than the standalone device. We are pleased with the purchase, we feel we got a lot of value for the cost.

Display is always crisp and clear. Samsung TV plus is icing on the cake, there are plethora of options to choose. It's energy efficient features saves lot of energy. The Ambient feature is awesome and makes for great background for the evenings and dinners.

The resolution is good and the sound quality pretty good. I purchased the sound bar by Samsung which is also.amazing. I am.frustrated with the quality of display on movies and TV series from HBO MAx. The resolution is awful. I don't have this problem with the Netflix app though. But for me it is frustrating and I don't how to solve this . In contrast to the Hisense TV I have in my bedroom which is a lot cheaper the display quality in the samaung TV for the HBO shows is substantially worse. Another big problem for me is the lack of casting. I know samsung offers the mirror view but it is frustrating and much worse compared to cast. The cast is seamless and so much better connected compared to screen mirror. Im.not sure if samsung can fix this but it is another source of frustration especially when we pay so much money and we can't do simple things, such as cast,seamlessly. Third problem that I have encountered is that some of my apps I have in my phone can't be found in the samsung app menu in the TV. I don't understand the reason I can't find the apps when these apps are available in the androids such as samsung galaxy phones.
I used the 65" Class QLED 4K Q60C only for 6 days (normal use; couple hours everyday) and there is a yellow/green vertical line in the middle of the screen. Not worth the money.
