[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has exceeded my expectations. I never have to dry any thing twice. It looks very modern and new. I love the steam cycle it has. Loud beeping usually scares my dogs, but this dryer sings a little song when it's done with no loud or obnoxious beeping. There are so many drying settings to use, it works for any kind of load.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago, I upgraded from my decades-old Whirlpool washer and dryer to the 7700 Series 5.5 cu. ft. extra-large capacity smart top load washer with auto dispense system and this 7.4 cu. ft. smart electric dryer with steam sanitize. I'm really excited as I navigate my learning curve with this new laundry experience. I love the space inside - it is huge! The combination of options allows me to dry big loads in one cycle. I washed and dried a load of towels after a family visit and didn't have to run the dryer a second time - as had become my norm. I had an issue with the dryer rack - it was warped and would not stay in position. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right out. And for me, good customer is as important as the products. Overall, I am current very pleased with both.

Plenty of room inside for big loads , super quiet to wear you can't even hear them:) lights to see inside when waiting on the load to dry. So many extra perks that make washing and drying so much better and easier. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting a amazing washer and dryer.

The dryer is gorgeous too lol at and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances. The refresh feature is wonderful for making throw blankets smell great again. The Steam Sanitize+ feature removes 99.9% of germs and bacteria, over 95% of pollen, and kills 100% of dust mites. This is wonderful with being in a high pollen area and going into cold/flu season. The Multi-Steam Technology is great for removing odors and wrinkles. I love being able to use this dryer with the Samsung smart things app to get the perfect setting for each load and to monitor it from my phone. My favorite feature on this dryer is the interior rack. This thing is wonderful for drying shoes and bras. It allows them to dryer without damage from tumbling. I'm so happy to have this amazing dryer.

This has the sanitize and steam feature and it's huge . Love it love the Wi-Fi connectivity and being told when it's done being able to reset it and start with out going back .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband and I moved in with our daughter, the new laundry requirements prompted upgrades to the appliances. When it was delivered and I noticed that she had gotten the black set. I would have preferred the lighter one - but that's just me. We've had the dryer for a while now and I have to say that I am quite happy with it. The drum is huge and there are a lot of drying options, which is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is as equally powerful as the matching washer. The capacity is second to none compared to our other dryers. With covid, it's been nice to have the steam sanitize for the extra peace of mind. The steam is also good to help with wrinkles. There are plenty of various settings for any load type. It's nice having the flexibility. There is also a platform that can be removed or installed for more delicate loads to place items on to dry. This is a really nice touch and has worked well for hats or shoes. My only concern with this dryer, is the eco setting. Whenever I have eco on it seems clothes may still end up damp after the cycle. When I turn off the optional setting, then I don't have any issues.
Do not buy. Have had not had the dryer for long. Roughly around 2 years. Before the warranty expired the drum busted and had to get a new one. After the warranty expired the heating element went out. Had it replaced and it worked great for about 2 days. Now it will turn on but not start. Too many issues for it to be only 2 years old.
