Samsung - BESPOKE 2.1 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking - White Glass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great in the kitchen. The quality of the microwave however is subpar. The door squeaks every time I open / close it. I have two of the Bespoke Microwaves and same issue for both.

The amount of time wasted trying to find the light or the fan buttons in the dark because the only part of the panel that lights up is the clock. Ugh. Without a phone flashlight or the overhead light, I cannot even see to turn the microwave light on. They couldn't even light up the LIGHT button. Even with the lights on, a backlit screen is great to be able to read the buttons more easily. And the clock. Oh man. You have to go through a menu escapade to change the time instead of it having a simple clock button. The 30-second button requires you to press START after. This is the least annoying of the feature issues. But were the designers just toying with our emotions?? Does it cook stuff? Yes. That part appears normal. But the features are not as I would expect.
