i got an extra set of panels a few months ago and didnt open the box until recently when i was ready to change the panels. i was dissapointed to find the bottom panel was badly bent and dented and now i am unable to use the panels because i'm not willing to pay $150 for one panel. it is my fault for waiting so long to open the panels, but i figured i would chat with samsung just in case they offered any solutions but sadly they couldn't. now i have 3 good panels and 1 damaged one. the glass panels are much sturdier i regret getting the stainless steel as it is extremely thin and easily bent.
Bought this fridge for my wife specifically because of the clementine color panels (orange being her favorite color) and they were never available and finally just got discontinued all together. It's a decent fridge but that totally blows. Thanks again Samsung you always find a way to disappoint.
