[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited a couple weeks to do this review as I wanted to see just how well the washer preformed. It is amazing!!!! It looks very sleek and with the light inside it shines so beautiful. Clothes come out very clean. It is so quiet we kept checking on it for about the first week to make sure it was running. So glad we chose this over the others we looked at. The only bad thing was the so called professional delivery. Which was done by another company.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have purchased the washer and dryer set and our family loves it. it is so easy to use my 12 year old does his own laundry! he loves the fact that he can use his smart phone to turn it on and see how much time is left. i also like the option for them to be stacked up on top of another so that you have extra space which is a plus, because who doesn't like extra space. also i like all the features that it has, it tells you on your smart device all the machines features,cleaning maintenance. also like that it tells you how much time is left without you having to get up and go to the machine . it washes and dries extremely well has a lot of different options, more than your standard machines. i would definitely recommend this product or any samsung product.

I'm loving the flat sleek look of this washer. It has one button that sticks out and the rest is a flat touch to operate washer. I like the oversized for the larger loads. I enjoy that it senses the loads for a smartwash. I like that I can connect it to my Wi-Fi and then sends a notification to my phone when the washer is done.

This one seems bigger, heavier and in general more sturdy. This should help with noise, since my last set would bounce around with large loads. It's a great looking machine with a clean interface, and so far it had fit bedding and done a good job washing. Good features for the price, as well. Delivery was fast and quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 8700 Bespoke washer and dryer. They look nice and have a nice clean modern design and interface. On the installation side, the brackets securing the units to the pedestals are annoyingly difficult to install as alignment requires careful use of screws or pressure to ensure all screws are properly aligned. Everything else about the install was fairly typical with the only other annoyance is the lack of handles like my previous Samsung washer had. The washer cleans well and is fairly stable. It does shake a bit at high speed even though it's properly leveled. Cleaning appears to be on par with past front load washers. Minor annoyance with the lack of sound volume control. However, notifications to the phone do make up for this largely. My only other complaint is that the top surface scratches extremely easily. Not a durable finish in the slightest.
I bought and installed this washer in Dec. 2022. Only two months later, there's water in the drum when the washer is off. The water amount keep increasing. Service men visited twice but the issue is still there. I regret buying Samsung washer.
We are having worst experience with this washer, even with HR detergent and good softener, clothes smells bad after 1-2hours of washer cycles. If we fill Softener before putting clothes in, softener will leak even before washer is started, drips on our hands while loading clothes into washer tub.
