[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought over 6 months ago. It's especially easy to use if you download the app to your tablet or phone. Love all the various settings to choose from. You can view online what cycle the washer is on, how much time is left, and you can be notified when your load is done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my washer and dryer along with pedestals! I am in love with this set! So far I tried washing my bed sheets and they came out super clean in only 28 minutes! The dryer was super quick and took only 30 minutes! Just to clarify, I have queen size bed sheets and I was able to fit both comforters and my bed sheets inside of the washing machine without any problems.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very strong and powerful machine. Infact the AI function comes in handy since I usually my kids school uniforms and socks together during a wash. It's efficient and very very quite even at top spin. Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these Samsung washer and dryer to replace the old set. The modern look and touch screen are highly recommended on top of ultra capacity, which reduces the total loads of laundry for my family. We downloaded the app and can now remotely operate, which is very convenient while we work on other house chores.
Had this washer for three months so far, and it has been fantastic. We had a fantastic front-loader Maytag washer for the past 20 years and it had served us well, but after taking a look at the newer units, we were less than impressed. After doing some research, we found this washer to me the best designed, the most modern, with at least a warranty on the digital motor, and it has been fantastic so far. Favourite feature so far is using the AI Optiwash feature, which has done a great job a gauging the different kinds of fabrics and materials that I regularly wash, and the auto detergent dispenser.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the washer and dryer units! It is wonderful having the option to auto dispense the detergent and fabric softener depending on the cycle. I only wish that the units could be powered on with the Samsung app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK. Not too bad. Some of the settings can't be changed (like on the AI OptiWash). Don't know why. Spin cycle is a little rough even on the lightest setting. Overall not sure if I would pay double or triple the price for a Bespoke model because there doesn't seem to be any difference between a Bespoke model and a non-Bespoke model. Luckily, I got this one at a super steep discount, so the price of this Bespoke model was about the same as the price of a non-Bespoke model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Bespoke AI with automatic dispenser about a month ago. It is not as cool as I thought it would be. It smells like weird plastic. I am not sure how long it will take for the smell to go away. I do not like the automatic detrgent dispenser. It uses alot of detergent and on low setting the clothes dont get washed well. It has manual add for detergent and bleach but it doesnt have a slot for softener. It also was scratched up when it arrived. I am kind of just stuck with it. Clothes have a strange smell after wash, such as plastic or something. Overall I am just stuck with it because I dont want to go through returning it. Next 2 years I am planning on buying something else. I was going to get the bespoke dishwasher and fridge but not sure now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] you cannot see the controls! almost impossible to find, almost invisible until you hit the power button. on the dryer, they don't light up at all, not a defect that's a confirmed design feature. at any price point, you should be able to easily and instinctively see the controls, this is inexcusable. do they not market testes new designs? our last generation, samsung washer and dryer are great, big logical controls, angled up at the user, and everything lights up. this is a deal killer for me and i do not buy recommendation. oh yeah, they wash well and dry good. but hard to tell for the controls if you're an eco-mode, which takes forever to dry or regular mode, just not intuitive.
I hate almost everything about this washing machine. The previous version had a dial that would tell you exactly where you were headed for the cycle. Now you have to cycle through the slow display to get to the load you want. And it is not in any sort of order. There are no push buttons and the power button is not even illuminated so if you need to start a load fast, FORGET IT. Once you turn it on (By pressing and holding instead of a simple push button), you then have to wait for its computer "AI" to boot up. More waiting. This is the most frustrating washing machine i have ever dealt with. Samsung has serverly failed at applying a "smart technology" and i would love if someone could tell me how to disable the AI. It wont even let you change the temperature because the "AI" is already preprogrammed. Seriously Samsung??? I can't change the temperature of the dryer or washer because the robot thinks it knows better than me on how i want my clothes washed?
