It's the best one I ever had, works really quietly and is very very efficient. It also looks so good either open on closed, has a lot of space inside for anything that needs to be wash, and is super super quiet.
Great dishwasher. Came well packaged. Updated from stainless steal appliances to the white bespoke glass. We love it. So quite you don't even know it running. Very easy install, and the quality is great. Very happy with the purchase.

Overall happy with the dishwasher's performance and features - especially the auto open at the end of the cycle and the WiFi-controls and connectivity. The noise is really suppressed on this dishwasher while running. Wife loves the added 3rd rack for utensils.
Bought it a few weeks ago and had it installed by Samsung. Dishwasher is great, but installation was a disaster. Installers could not communicate, refused to install the dishwasher under the counter (they claimed that the door needed to be sticking out so you could operate the panel on top), they were unable to communicate, had never installed this model before, and did not even have hose clamps to install. I will have to spend extra time and money to fix this, and get it installed correctly. It is not fully balanced, the bottom plate was installed incorrectly (and bent in the process).
This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble since day one. A part was leaking on the first day. Eventually that part was replaced, but the new part continued a slow leak (undetected for a while) until the replacement part just fell off. I've tried to fix that part multiple times, but the leak always comes back. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with Samsung dishwashers. Outside of that, the dishwasher doesn't clean nearly as well as my last dishwasher. I don't think I'll be buying another Samsung appliance.
