[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Family Hub is a great looking addition to any kitchen! There are so many neat features on this model. My kids love the family hub screen from being able to leave white board messages, play music, see inside without even opening the door(s). My favorite features are being able to sync my google calendar to display right on the door as well as being able to pull up a recipe from Pinterest. We love the storage capacity of this refrigerator, being able to control the storage space in the middle drawer, as well as being able to set the temperature differently for the middle drawer. I can't say enough about how much we love our new frig! If your in the market for a new refrigerator, I would highly recommend checking this one out, you won't be disappointed.
At first I was afraid there wouldn't be enough space since it is a counter depth...but the new samsung proved me wrong. There are plenty of spaces for food and having the deli drawer is perfect! Freezer space lacks some space but we have a top open freezer in our garage so it was no problem at all. In regards to the ice maker, I let it fill then turned off the ice maker...so haven't had any ice forming issues yet. I love the smart hub...to be able to personalize it to your family, get morning briefs, suggest meals. I also like accessing music from amazon music, ordering food from Grubhub, and getting ring alerts when people are at my door. So far I have no complaints about the fridge that so many people looked down upon.

The design & finish is super sleek & modern...& the Crushed Ice / Cubed Ice easy access dispenser on the front left door is super convenient. The filtered water on the front left door is one of our favorite features. The water tastes great & saves us a ton of money on purchasing cases of bottled water as we have in the past. The HUGE LED Screen is insane & my personal favorite feature. It's a full onboard touch-screen computer that connect wirelessly to your signal in just minutes. We have family pix uploaded on the screen, & the "motion" / "video" screensavers such as the beach, the sky, the rain & the stars are a really nice touch. We can play music on the fridge, use the internet, view the interior contents of what's inside, create & edit grocery lists, & the computer even connects to our cable for an extra TV in the kitchen. The interior is spacious & organized really well. The shelving is adjustable & many shelves fold up as well to accommodate larger sized groceries. The Flex Drawer is also a great feature for organizing additional items like Yogurts, Cold cuts, string cheese & small dinner roll tubes. The freezer is spacious as well with two deep drawers that offer plenty of room & easy access to all items. We highly recommend this Samsung Smart Refrigerator....it's changed the entire look & feel of our kitchen. Enjoy!

I post pics of my grandkids on the huge screen every time they send me new ones. And, it's super roomy and so much easier for me to keep food organized because of the way it's laid out. So, if I'm at the grocery store I can see what's in the fridge or check my grocery list on my Family Hub app. Really, there are so many cool features that I could go on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an official Samsung Family Hub refrigerator for 2 weeks exactly now and the nostalgia has yet to wear off. We all love this fridge including all my children. I have updated myself on all the features of the tablet as well as the refrigerator itself. I can say that with certainty that there is nothing I dislike about this fridge with its sleek design and the speaker for playing my music while cooking and doing the dishes. It keeps the temperature in both the fridge and freezer and the flex drawer as well. I have to say the flex drawer has to be my favorite feature of them all. I use it for all of my families favorite drinks right now but can't wait to host a party so I can use it for party trays. I love the adjustable shelves within the fridge that allow for large bottles. I hate having to tip bottles on their side for fear of dripping. Samsung is known for technology and they have a winner in this fridge. It looks great and becomes a focal point of my kitchen and I am amazed by the quality of the sound and picture quality of the tablet. I love that I can be watching something in my living room and I won't miss a beat by going in the kitchen! I gathered all of my cookbooks and threw the dust collectors away because of the all recipe app on the tablet. I ask for a recipe for chicken and mushrooms and voila , my fridge pulls one up for me! I really hope this fridge lasts for many years because it has already made my life easier. I can be sitting at work wondering if I need eggs and all I have to do is open up the SmartThings app and see the inside of my fridge and I have my answer

To be really honest I didn't want to get the family hub, face it we have phones and tablets why would I need a device on my fridge. After receiving it the family has taken over my husband bluetooth to listen to music, my daughters watch videos on it and I have to admit I got in on the fun as well, I use the smart things app from my phone and I use Bixby. The features are amazing from the shopping list, view inside, deals app that allows you to find deals on grocery and allrecipes app which comes in handy. The shelves inside are adjustable and you get to customize the temperature of the flex zone drawer depending on what you are using it for. The refrigerator also keeps my vegetables fresher a lot longer than my fridge. Most of all my 7 year old has dominated the family hub and leaves little personal messages and voice recordings. To sum it all up I am very pleased with my refrigerator.

The ability to organize and access everything so easily is fantastic. The middle flex-zone drawer is a convenient aspect giving us easy access to everyday items like lunch meat. The family hub is a nice added "toy" -- it had been great until a couple of days ago when some of the widgets stopped working; a quick fix of restarting the hub put everything back in order, though. I always thought a drawer freezer would be troublesome -- having to stack things on top of each other -- but I was wrong about that. Organization is nice and neat and there's plenty of room to get to everything. And of course, with five people, the outside of our refrigerator is usually a mess, but not with the fingerprint proof exterior of this one. It looks just as new as when we got it installed.

The price tag is very high and I needed to convince everyone else that it was worth it. Now after having it for a few months I do not regret my purchase but I do wish it's value was higher than original anticipated. The screen is beautiful. The apps work great. The fridge can be very loud though! It's not silent and in the manual it describes allll the different sounds it makes and specifically says “don't call us, these noises are normal”. Utility wise the fridge is great. Lots of space (excluding those silly little doors) haha. The ice machine is large and also works well. Not noisy other than the very occasional ice dropping. Good fridge, high price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its pretty amazing to say the least. It reminds me not only of my appointments but of stuff that we might need in the fridge. It creates a shopping list and its cool to see whats in the fridge without opening it. The storage is quite large and adequate. Although there is not much room to move the shelving around just takes a little getting used to from the old fridge. My only complaint is the ice maker / water dispenser. The ice maker always makes a mess has pieces of ice come out when you only ask for cubes and if you don't hold the glass all the way up it goes all over the floor. There is also no drip tray for the water so if any drips you have to clean it right away we had to tape some paper towel down to collect any splashing. Besides that its pretty amazing. As for the Flex drawer this is one of the best parts of the fridge. We are able to fill it with soda/ water / beer and it keeps it perfectly cold. The separator bars in there are so helpful to separate it into 4 sections. We have different sections for each of us but it keeps the cans from moving around.
