I was so excited to purchase the Samsung 5.8 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range with Power Burners w/Flex Duo™ dual doors. Unfortunately, after a year, I had to move for work and the stove was sold with my house. How I miss my stove! Losing it made me want to write a review to express how much I love this stove! I would recommend it to anyone. The innovative dual doors makes cooking and baking so easy. It's the greatest feature I never knew I needed. Most of the time I would just cook using the top half of the stove in order to use less gas. Such a great option. Always was great to make large Turkeys and roasts with the roll out rack! It bakes, broils and cooks beautifully. When I baked a cake I was never concerned that it might flow over. My baked goods always rose up perfectly, evenly browned and tasted delicious. The power burner is another favorite feature. It cuts boiling and grilling time. Everything always comes out perfect! I just can't express how happy this stove made me. I have only one issue that I would improve upon and recommend Samsung address. Cleaning the cook top. It's not easy to clean the cook top. It holds onto grease and smears. It takes effort and time, yet still remains smudged. All and all I will consider purchasing another one for my new home!! It's my favorite stove out there!
The G2 comes complete with all you need to move from an old analog watch to a smart watch without losing any features. INCLUDES a second wrist band for smaller wrists. Standard band is a flexible plastic; comfortable wrap on the wrist. I tried the generic smart-watches and returned each one; you have to go with the name brand. Immediate link to my Galaxy S7 phone. Included options were great and complete. Did not have to purchase any apps; face plate options are many and great - included. Screen is extremely sharp. Able to read without my glasses.
I was very skeptical at first about getting a smart watch saying i would hardly use it. So recently i won a Gear s2 and been using it fr a few days. WOW what a gadget, HOW DID I SURVIVE WITHOUT this assistant on my hand giving me all my notifications on my wrist. Thanks a Million SAMSUNG. Now just waiting for my Free tablet to get here lol.
While I love the style and functionality of the Samsung Gear S2 Silver, the band is a very poor design. I received my smartwatch the first week of June 2016. It is now August 5, 2016 and both bands that came with the watch in the original packaging have failed in the exact same place. Both broke while doing simple household activities and the watch went flying. The watch itself has fared well and withstood the falls, but now I can't even wear it until I go and invest in the exact same poorly designed watch band that I'm certain will not hold up any better even though I'll have to pay through the nose for the proprietary design. Samsung, PLEASE fix this! I love the way the watch works seamlessly with my 7 Edge, but I will not recommend any of this style of the Gear S2 simply due to the lack of durability of the bands. I wish I had spent the extra $50 for the classic. My colleague has one and has not had any issues with the bands. I simply thought this version would be better for my active lifestyle. NOT SO!
I was originally going to purchase a fitness band, but held off when I heard the Gear S2 was going to have a heart rate monitor/step counter. So far I really love this watch. I thought I had previously read that this would have a sleep tracker, but that is not a current feature - hoping it gets added in the future. This is the first affordable smart watch that is not too large for my taste. Band is soft and comfortable. So far battery life seems good, it does not even go down half on the charge each day when I do not have the watch face set to "always on." Only a few small annoyances. First off, I wish there were more band color options upon initial purchase. Also, I noticed that when my screen is asleep and I pivot my wrist to wake it up, sometimes it does not wake up and I have to adjust my watch band and try again, or shake my wrist around a little more.
I waited so long to replace our old electric stove with a higher quality gas range. I did a lot of research, read reviews and decided on the Flex Duo w/Dual Door Freestanding Gas Range. I have had it for just under a year now and have been very pleased with it especially the dual oven capability. However, I was disappointed when the knob of my power burner broke off. I've looked on the Samsung website for a replacement knob and it is almost $60 for one knob. To make it worse...it looks like it only comes in stainless steel so it won't match my other 4 knobs. So, I thought I had found a work around and took the washer off and was going to just replace the broken plastic adapter with a metal one but nope. Turns out that it's all one piece of plastic. You would think that for the price point that Samsung would have invested a little more into the knobs which are used multiple times a day; everyday of the year.
The band of the watch is interchangeable, but the metal hedges that are attached to the band can not withstand normal activity and will break off after a few of usage making the watch not wearable. The most activity my watch have seen was me putting it on and taking it off, nothing to intense. Now one of my bands are broken, AGAIN, and I can no longer wear it.
today is november 25, 2020. my warranty expired october 31, 2020. while cleaning the stove today, i noticed peeling paint around the door handles and on the face of the stove. 25 days out of warranty! as i went to post my review, i was asked "can we make it right?" i figured, sure maybe they can and started a chat with mahender j. he told me that it was not a warranty issue and would not be covered. ok, i figured as much, but he/she/ they claimed that they do not have any reported issues with peeling paint. i then posted links to the two threads regarding this in the samsung community and was told, "currently, we do not have any options". and then, "we at samsung care are here for you 24/7" and "if you need additional help, ask me anytime." really?!!
I bought this range thinking that it will be trouble-free for at least 5 years but I was wrong. I bought this range on March 2017 and it now needs service. The issue is the warning light for the cook top, it stays on. It's been 1 month and the light does not turn off. I searched online and apparently is a common issue with samsung ranges. The touch screen panel also seems to malfunction sometimes. It displays an C-d0 error code. I'm waiting for Samsung to resolve this issue.
I wore this watch for about three months when the wheel around the outside that help control functions fell off. Funny thing is I babied this watch to be sure I didn't drop it, scratch it or get it wet. The wheel fell off while sitting on my desk, it fell off with the springs and ball bearings helped keep it in place were under the watch like a puddle of water.
