[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to get this stove in time to cook Christmas dinner, beef wellington. It exceeded our expectations. Cooking pancakes on the griddle in the morning was a real treat. Definitely recommended all our family were impressed with the features this beauty looks fantastic against the cherry cabinets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe "appliance" is not the right description for this functional piece of art! The unit itself is beautiful. Having the front, blue lit controls, combined with the elegant grills on the gas cooktop add tremendous style to the kitchen with just the install. It was almost too pretty, causing us to have to install a new backsplash to match the style and cover the empty spot where the rear controls of the old range use to be, ha! All surfaces are easy to access and clean as evidenced by the inaugural bacon cooking performed almost immediately after arrival. The gas range provides precision cooking on all surfaces including the center provided grill/griddle. Having the hybrid electric stove offers the amazing option of having 2 separate ovens for cooking 2 items at different temps, 1 large oven or 1 large air fryer. The Wi-Fi enabled app allows for some clever options like turning on the oven before you get open, setting a timer, turning on/off a light etc. The stove even has an integrated meat thermometer that will monitor the cooking temp and shut off accordingly. It seems like this is the ultimate cooking machine and the whole family has never been happier. We have actually saved money on dinning out because the new unit is so intuitive and fun to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel this Samsung NY63T8751 range is the best dual fuel slide in range in the market. There are so many features available – just amazing. First, let me discuss our challenge- the hookup. If you do not have a 240-volt electrical outlet, then you may think twice when getting this range. There was some additional cost when we decided to change the electrical outlet but let me tell you - this range is worth it. One of the primary reasons we wanted a dual fuel is because it uses 2 different fuel sources- gas and electric. Electric is always best when you are using an oven as it evenly distributes heat. And, we have always used a gas cooktop. We noticed the power and immediate response time when we turned on the gas burners. All the 5 burners are powerful. Feels like I am professional chef in my kitchen. One (1st on the right side) of the 5 burners has the capacity to produce 23000 BTU- it boils water so much quickly. Thank you, Samsung, !!! Download the SmartThings app and follow the instructions to sync with the Samsung range. The steps are very simple to follow. The oven includes a temperature probe. There are so many oven features in this range. The very first feature that we tried was the Air Fry. Our very first item we made were the chicken wings. It is so easy to use, and the result was delicious. Can't wait till Thanksgiving!!! This Samsung range is well worth the price. It is very beautifully designed with illuminated knobs that indicate when the range is on.

We have been looking to upgrade the 10-year-old range in our house as the range starting giving problems. We got Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Flex Duo™ Front Control Slide-in Dual Fuel Range with Smart Dial, Air Fry & Wi-Fi (NY63T8751SS). It was a breezy install and setup by the XPO team and has done an amazing job of unpacking the range and assembled the parts in the driveway. They haul away the old range. The range fitted perfectly as promised by Samsung. I have done home automation with Smart Things. I have added the range in Smart Things and the setup was very easy by following step by step process in App. There are 3 modes Broil, Convection Bake, and Convection Roast, Temperature, and Oven Light can be controlled via the Smart Things App which is a really cool feature. The range looks very stylish and gorgeous looking. The smart dial and digital display to control settings were awesome design. The Flex Duo™ range is for the ultimate multi-tasker who wants to be efficient in the kitchen. It can be used as a full oven or split into two separate smaller ovens. The gas cooktop and electric oven provide the best of both cooking methods for precision and efficiency. The gas cooktop offers powerful, even, and precise heating. The convection electric oven heats evenly for superior baking, warming, and broiling. The Blue illuminated knobs are really cool to indicate the cooktop is on or off. There are 5 burners on the cooktop and Dual Ring Brass Power Burner makes meals in a snap and others can be used depending upon recipes. The 5-burner cooktop with continuous cast iron edge-to-edge grates allows us to easily slide the pots and pans across more usable cooktop space and adds a more premium look to the kitchen. The reversible cast iron griddle can be used as a Griddle or Grill to cook burgers or grilled sandwiches. This oven has 6.3 cu. ft. capacity and it can easily accommodate big casserole dishes or roasting pans. This oven can be controlled by voice with Bixby, Alexa, or Google. Self-clean is a nice feature and the system deep cleans by heating to a high temperature to burn off grease and food residue. We cooked a variety of recipes and all came out really good. We are using this cooktop and ovens are being used to cook chicken and meats and impressed with the quality, design, stylish look, and smart features.
First one delivered had a small ding in the chrome on the left side. Samsung setup a replacement and the customer rep made it simple. I really like the flexibility of this oven. To me it's like having three ovens in one. For most of the time we will probably only use the upper oven but on those special occasions when we either need the full capacity or double ovens it's there for us no matter what. I wasn't impressed with the trim kit. Bought it and ended up returning it. It was a poor design and is taped using double-back tape to your countertop on both sides... I really wish Samsung had wings which screwed to the sides and overlapped onto your countertop which would make it a lot cleaner installation. We had to use the small black close out strip that screws to the back of the oven and overlaps on the rear countertop (what we really need for the sides...). One the first oven it was missing the center screw and I "assumed" the installers left it out or lost it. On the second oven I found it's only shipped with two screws and Samsung needs to fix this. All three are needed. Without the center screw the black closeout strip will bow and not sit straight across the back. The APP is kind of a joke since it's so limited on what you can do. If you leave home and forget to turn off any of the top burners you can't turn them off remotely. It only tells you if they are on or off. For baking I can setup my temperature but can't turn the oven on. It's just easier to set it up on the oven directly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a very well designed product with a lot of features. the ability to connect, monitor, and control via appis awesome and super useful. i can preheat and check the status right from the app. i can also see if burners are on in the app as well. there is also a feature to lock the door and controls; a must if there are little ones around. overall this is a great product with a ton of useful features.
i am so happy with my new range. i have the dual fuel stainless steel range and i could not be happier. the top cooks very well and the electric oven is awesome. at this time i have nothing bad to say about this range. everyone who has seen it loves the way it looks. i like the illuminated burners. the power of the front burner cooks well and boils water fast. i like the flex oven. i am loving the wifi features i am so glad that it only took less than a week to receive my range after ordering it directly from samsung. again this range is gorgeous and awesome. glad i purchased it. it is a great upgrade from my previous 3year old samsung gas range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We downsized so bought this to still be able to have a double oven in the smaller space. We have found that cooking times have to be adjusted (down), especially in the top oven, sometimes to less than half the time called for by the recipe. We do NOT like all the controls at waist height because we are constantly bumping them, and that then sends alerts to our phones. The front right burner is too hot for anything but searing in a cast iron skillet, and we mostly have to keep the other burners between low and medium because they are too strong. The center griddle is a joke, and after numerous attempts to use it, we have given up and gone back to our old electric griddle. Perhaps we'll try again to use the center burner during crab and canning seasons. Strongly suggest getting after-market cooktop protectors & side covers for easier clean-up.
It is loud - this has a fan that stays on for a long time depending upon how long something is cooked. Even after it's shut after 10 minutes it is noisy for a long time. Interferes with dinner, digestion and more. I wish I never purchased it. It also doesn't bake evenly.
