[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been with me for more then a year and to be honest, it hasn't disappointed not once. I'm planning on getting the galaxy s21 because each time samsung releases a phone, it has crazy features that other phones don't. I thank samsung for making good quality phones. :)
I love Galaxy and Note phones. Always prefer them over other brands. I use Samsung my husband uses Iphone. I was looking to buy a telescope for my daughter to watch the one of the full moons this year. I never tried to use my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to capture long distance pictures. I took a picture from a balcony we were staying in, of the moon and wow! I was blown away with the pictures I got! They are amazing! I attached pictures of the original distance, video max zoom and photo max zoom. Phone automatically reversed the light to better focus on the moon, like a telescope. My phone never crashes...it has the ability to share its WiFi. So even if we are only limited 2 devices at the hotel...its no problem...I connect my Samsung and have it share the wifi to 3 more of our devices!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has been a power house. I use it for 8-12 hours a day, everyday. Battery still holding up perfect. I use the internet, write Notes and use the camera and video camera daily to take and edit photos/videos for my business. I use just about every feature the phone offers. I use it so much that idk what I would do without it. I run my entire business from my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I edit ads and pictures with the S Pen. I love the huge screen real estate, how fast it turns on and the speed at which I can complete tasks on it. I don't have a scratch on it and it has held up and still looks new, like the day I bought it. I love Samsung and I Love my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra!!!
as I said in the title ... this is... "The perfect Gaming,work Tool,& Photography phone" for me !!! I've yet to find a phone that has a camera like the one on this phone! I can use the 50X's zoom to take photos of stuff like the moon, sun, and even captures the stars on camera! No phone I've had in the past has ever been able to get the incredibly clear shots of the moon like this phone can. Nothing else even comes close! Great job Samsung! Please don't do away with the Galaxy Note series of phones! That would be super depressing that's for sure! I've had everyone since the 1st one! And I've loved everyone... but the 1st one! You gotta admit that one was a cool idea but it practically sucked in real life though!
I bought this phone for business purposes, and for that it is a great phone. I LOVE the customizability of the phone. The different themes and fonts are amazing. Please note my personal phone is an iPhone. Always has been, always will be. The reason for a taking off a star is because pictures I take on this phone and send to my iPhone are blurry, as are the videos. I don't know how to fix this. I enjoy the phone. If you're strictly android you'd love it. I don't hate it at all. I just wish there was a way to fix the picture and video issue. The battery life is amazing. The feel of the phone is so great! The pen is clutch! Loveeee it! It's a very nice phone for business and yes I can even see it as a great phone for personal. I just prefers the iPhone for my personal use. It's nice having the best of both worlds!
Love everything about this phone until about 2 months ago, since then my note camera has gone blurry, and there is nothing I do can to fix this, and my warranty has expired. wasted a lot of $$ for a defective phone. so disappointed.
I can believe i spent all this money on this product only to find that out of the box the s pen does not function in anyway satifactory - you cant even write a sentence. My firend brought his own at the same time, same issue. Had to go to the tech center to be told that this is a problem that they are aware of and HOPEFULLY the software update that comes in the next 4-6 weeks HOPEFULLY will HOPEFULLY solve the issue. See attached image - when the line stops is where the s pen does not get recognized. My old note 8 worked better than this Poor product
Seller only sent 1 phone when I ordered 2. Would not respond to any forms of contact. Bogus phone number. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.
I received a used phone with a big scratch on the screen. If I wanted a used phone they were available for $150 less elsewhere. No where in the description did they say this was a used phone. I really feel ripped off. I'll be returning tomorrow, but I've sure wasted a lot of time on this nonsense and now I still need a phone. BUYER BEWARE they sell used, scratched up phones here.
