It's perfect!
very nice phone works well looks like new
I use this phone daily on Straight Talk via a Straight Talk CDMA sim card, and the best feature of this phone for me is the ability to draw and sketch. Hands down if your an artist and you are looking for a reasonably priced phone this is the one you WANT! Samsung gives you free drawing and sketching programs through their app store.. My two favorites are Art Rage, and Auto Desk Sketch Book. Both are completely free for galaxy Note owners.
I purchased this phone about 10 months ago (May 2017). I have a T-Mobile sim card even though it's a Verizon phone. It does have its drawbacks. With my sim card being T-Mobile, I couldn't get picture messages or anything considered MMS. And it did take longer making a phone call (I later learned it took 12 more seconds than a normal). Now these became a nuisance for me, so I decided to purchase a T-Mobile brand Note 4 and have this Verizon version be a backup (since I didn't purchase the warranty). And now I'm having bigger issues with the T-Mobile version. It keeps rebooting on its own and it slows if you have more than 4 apps running at the same time. Now I did some research and I've seen many people complaining about the T-Mobile version having rebooting issues and battery issues. But the Verizon version didn't give me those issues. I think it's a good phone, and very reliable (except for the MMS issue). Now the battery did give me issues at first. The phone would die even though it has 50% battery life, but I just when to a Batteries plus store (Formally called batteries plus bulbs) and bought a new battery for $20 with a lifetime warranty. Hopefully this story helps you in deciding if you want to purchase this phone. But do purchase the warranty. Its worth it in the long run.
The battery dies after 2.. 3 hrs And you need to buy a simcard packet for it to work. ..this phone is getting shipped back as I type.
I ordered this phone and anxiously awaited its arrival from Vovoya, inc. When I received the phone I took it to Verizon to transfer my service from my broken Note 5. It was not a Verizon phone. I came back and tried to call them several times, there was no answer. I emailed the company telling them I wanted to return it. The email address was unrecognized. I called Walmart customer service finally and a very helpful lady assured me I would get my money back and they would get the info to me to return the phone. Extremely frustrating.
