From my husband who I ordered it for: Received the phone a day earlier than expected. When I opened the box and inspected the phone it looked basically brand new with no scuffs or scratches. I checked to make sure it could read my sim and sd card and called my wife to check the microphone and speakers and everything is working fine. Even came with a charging cable but no wall adapter but that's fine

The phone appeared to be in decent condition except it seemed to be some substance like glue all around the edges of the phone. It arrived earlier than expected which was great. I was however disappointed bc before making the purchase I looked up the definition of open box and it is an item that is purchased and returned. This item didnt include the original charger and cord and it didnt have the ejection pin or a manual. I am sure those things are required when an item is returned.
The smartphone still asking for an update over and over, once you finish the update will start running another update again…
There is some noise when playing the sound externally, which sounds like a buzzing sound. Try using it first to see if there are any other problems.
Ordered a new Samsung S20. Received a S21 but I continue to get defective sim card tray notice so my phone continues to cut out. They sent me a new tray for a S20. So frustrated. I don't even think I received a new phone.
