I've had my phone for nearly 4 years now and I still love it! My battery lasts FOR DAYS instead of almost a day; if I'm using it a lot I'll need to charge it after a day but if I'm not on it much I can get away with up to 3 days. The outer cameras are amazing, the zoom clarity is frankly astounding. My boyfriend tried to zoom in with his phone so we could read the name of a boat and it was even worse than what we could see with our eyes, but I whipped out my phone and we could read the name without even zooming in all the way. The inner camera could use some improvement, it's hard to get it to focus on what you want which makes self-timed selfies hard. After 3.5 years the phone does randomly think my SIM card has been removed but it has far outlasted every other phone I've had.

I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now and I love it. It is fast, has a great camera, sounds good, great display, reliable, etc. I switched from a Pixel 4a to this phone and have zero regrets. The Samsung UI is very customizable and works better than I thought it would. I have never been happier with a phone.

I'm a gamer and this thing is powerful enough to not lag when hundreds of others in the game server are complaining about lag and crashing this powers through. The camera... I've never been much of a photographer and used to laugh about people caring about how good their phones camera was but- those days are now gone because of this awesome cameras picture quality. I am now an unofficial photographer for events at the non-profit I work at, and getting paid for that is definitely more fun than my regular tasks, strictly due to the quality of picture this thing has. Actually they are such good quality that sharing them so they can be put on our website and Facebook by the admins has been a minor issue- file sizes are too big to email more than a couple through Gmail which is overly tedious so I send them via text 3 at a time. Watching yt or other streaming platforms is perfect with no buffering ever basically if you have any signal at all. The feature I use the least on this phone is the actual phone function but it works flawlessly also inside a 40k Sq ft building that has been known to disrupt some communication I've never had an issue. Best phone I've ever had. Adding a picture of a dog just because I can lol
I bought this phone from Samsung when it came out 2 years ago! Slapped the included case I had when it was purchased as a bundle! This phone is 2 years old and still rocking! My case on the other hand has shown its wear over the years. I have had not one issue with this phone! not one scratch on it. I have even dropped this phone while running and it slammed on the ground face first and not one scratch. I only have 2 little scratches on the metal base from a few drops but that is it. No visible damage on this phone at all. I love this phone the most because it still has Samsung's MST communication for Samsung Pay for ATM machines that do not have Contactless payment technology. I can use it anywhere ATM's that don't support contactless payments. This phone replaced my S7. Camera, Battery Life is TOP NOTCH.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a few months ago when I needed an upgrade from the note 9. For the price, this phone is incredible so fast and reliable.
I bought this a month ago to replace my Galaxy S9 and was hoping that the camera would be better and that I would stop having issues with apps and sound. I pretty much got the same as my old phone in a slightly larger package. The operating system seems buggy. Has issues displaying Web pages and apps. The sound level drops inexplicably and has to be reset with a reboot. The volume volume does not go high enough. Reboot takes a surprisingly long time. The camera has decent resolution but has lost some of the features that I had with my old Samsung, like selective focus. They also buried the option to "save as copy" in the photo editing tool. 20FE works OK but it really didn't feel like an upgrade. If my provider offered the more current release, I would have gone with that.
This phone was widely praised by reviewers for its impressive specs and low price, but I hated its real-world use. It has been plagued by touchscreen issues that took months to partially solve. For that reason, I could not install a screen protector - it hindered the touchscreen performance. A while later, I took out my phone to discover that the screen cracked. I do not recall any fall, and it was in a good phone case. Turns out the screen is thin and prone to crack for many users. Also, do not be fooled by the 5G claims. I get the same or worse connection in the middle of a city in California with my S20FE than I had with a 4G phone. Just... do not buy this.
