I had to install LauncherOneUI from Google Play Store in order to fully unlock the phone's user interface. Home screen would not display until this launcher was installed. I hope that this helps someone who is experiencing the same issue. The phone's performance is smooth and fast. This phone is faster and smoother than Moto G Pure and Moto G Power, as well as Galaxy A12. I use mainly Google Maps, text, and phone for my job. I've just gotten this phone though and so I don't think I know much else about it.

I bought this phone last month and it is simply amazing!! I love everything it does from the fast processor to the great pictures it takes. The ONLY negative is the magic eraser, it is gimmicky, and it is just okay when using.
the 1st one died on me, got it exchanged no problem, 2nd one wont let me get past the login page. says i have a pin number but i don't remember it, and it wont let me change it.
while "technically unlocked" it is a verizon phone and so has restrictions so don't get 5g or freaking hotspot on my carrier!
I purchased this phone as a gift. The phone did not specify that it was an open box. After waiting 4 days, my dad received the phone without a box or a charger. The phone itself is in poor condition. After I reported the issue, the seller responded simply saying, "Sorry, we don't have new phones." They must specify the item details and not lie about it.
This is the worst packing i ever saw for mobile. It does not have any proper protection and no charger or anything. For a second i felt i ordered refurbished phone. Dont buy from this seller
The buyer never said the item was a used item, he send me the purchase in one plastic bag without original box and accessories and the cellphone was a very poor condition. I returned the cellphone and now waiting for my refund
