[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can scan and send pics and files so easy. I make videos of my grands and pets. I make store list because I forget alot. It's my alarm lock and event reminder. I use it fir for Zoom meeting and credit cards are downloaded was well, so I don't have 2 carry my purse all the time.. very convenient. I have streaming apps download great for when traveling and I have 🎶 downloaded and I bluetooth 2 car when traveling especially in areas with no goid radio stations.

Also, love being able to use it to text and call, as well as having enough storage to have many apps from job related ones, to games. Also, having a Samsung watch and ear buds to pair with it makes the smartphone useful and part of an awesome bundle!
The actual phone is pretty good but their service in which Samsung employees. It's horrible. The phone's features are actually pretty easy. Do you use as long as you or pretty good electronics platforms and apps? When using different devices. The Samsung has 22 plus. I do love it because of the fact that the processor the storage security actually pretty good. The phone itself is easy to use navigate and actually turn it from just a phone into a medical device alerts emergency contacts of a hard fall and did not get backup. I use as a financial planner as well as financial security. I use it for banking as well as particularly all our accounts because of the perks of this particular device. I use it as a learning device as well as a healthcare device with our insurance doctors and visits. I do recommend extra storage if you're disabled like me and have to use multiple platform apps that are compatible between Samsung Android Google Apple and windows. If you get Samsung care plus make sure nothing happens to your device because the people I've dealt with magically can't look up the documentation for everything. So document everything your purchases shall what you're device if something was to happen is covered.

this company sent a carrier phone not the original so disoppinted not liked at all and not going to buy from this company
i ordered this new phone unlocked. when it came we couldn't get into the phone because it said it needed a password. very disappointed!!!!
I took the phone to the T-Mobile store. and they could not open the phone. it was supposed to be unlocked but came with a US Cellular SIM card. it came with instructions but they were copy of a copy of a copy and the QR reader could not open up to read. it also lacks the tool to install the SIM card in the drawer. very disappointed would look for another seller.
I didn't get my order usually they take a photo and the name of the person who deliver but I didn't see it just says delivered 11/15 in the morning
The battery drains faster than the A71 I replaced. This can't be a new phone. I specifically asked and was told they are new but I don't believe it.
I bought my phones thru Walmart and there locked. i paid 900 dollars for 2 phones. vety upset right noe
