Never know it was used. Cheaper than fixing the glass on my old one
The charging port cover was ripped off. The body is quite banged and dinged up. The lamination under the bottom left side of the screen looks awful. But it does not affect the usable screen. Functionally it is fine. So for the money, i am ok with it. Just dont expect a "nice" phone when you open the package like I did.
Screen has major "burn-in" damage and while the phone works great on its own, it's impossible to ignore the issue. I'm surprised this was missed during the refurbishment quality control.
The phone itself looked to be in excellent shape however when plugged in, it wouldn't charge. Very dissappointed. Had to return.
It doesn't work the screen goes blank all the time and I have to take the battery out to turn it back on
Phone described as refurbished, however the back camera is totally cracked. Way obvious! Why would a company even attempt to sell something in this condition and not disclose existing damage. I'm fine with refurbished, but not cool to sell damaged goods
The first one I purchased had the battery cover torn off, scratches on the screen, deep nicks to the plastic case, worst of all was something had spilled on the phone and the battery compartment was nasty with a brown dried substance. I cant believe they would send out a phone so messed up. It did work but I returned it and thought I would try again. The second one I ordered looked nice but the battery cover was also missing, It powered up and seemed to be working ok but only lasted 5 minutes then it developed a problem were it kept trying to boot up over & over again, definitely defective. It's going back. BEWARE!!!
