[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im surprised on how well this mop works and how efficient it is on what it does. It saves me time since I can select the 50min mode after vacuuming, run errands for an hour, and voilà come home to a cleaner floor. The mop has a good battery life and decent charging time. I just wish it has a wireless feature where it can link with Bixby and SmartThings app or control it with my mobile device.
I bought Samsung Jetbot mop with dual spinning technology so that I could save myself the time, backache, and get a little help. I have 3 little boys(14 months, 3 years old, and 6 years old) plus husband and let me tell you my hardwood floors and kitchen/bathroom tiles are constantly dirty. There's not enough time in a day at how much I have to clean up a spill, clean up mud, from husband's construction boots to kids playground shoes. I can't stand walking around with dirty feet all day. This mop is a huge lifesaver. Easily plug it in, charge, then refill both containers and add a brush to it. This mop has 8 different modes, very light to carry, pleasant sound when turning on and off. When low battery makes a light sound and light shows yellow. I can also use it on the shower floors as I hold on to the handle, super convenient. Did I mention hours of entertainment for my 14 month old? He loves turning the mop on and watch it clean the room in a unique way. Charging time is 150 minutes, cleaning time 100 minutes. Honestly enough to clean our entire house(3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 story, 2550 Sq ft). I'll be quite honest, when I bought this mop I bought 2 other well known brand vacuum with mop and standalone mop and ended up returning everything but this one. I was surprised how long the small water tank lasts, what I love about this style is not only how well it cleans but how well it does on edges and under cabinets and those hard to reach corners. I can easily remove the mop pads and quickly rinse and keep going. At the end I toss it in my washing machine and ready for the next day. I've had this jetbot mop for months and I'm still in love with it. I tell all my mommy friends and family members. It's so convenient and super easy to use. The best part is that it's cordless, light weight and can be used numerous times a day!! It is very simple to setup straight out of the box and doesn't take too much space to store.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jetbot Mop works great. It is quiet and low maintenance. It's very easy to set up and begin cleaning, charge the unit, wash the mop heads in a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and fill the 2 reservoirs with water. (Personally I used Shaw Floors R2X Hard Surfaces Flooring Cleaner) because my flooring recommends it and it does a great job cleaning and leaves no streaks. The Jetbot comes with two different kinds of mop heads, a microfiber and a mother yarn depending on what type of cleaning you are doing. This unit is not meant to major cleaning, but for daily maintenance it is perfect. I always run my robot vacuum first, the Jetbot. On a full charge the battery lasts roughly two hours which is more than enough time to clean my foyer, kitchen and 4 of my downstairs rooms. The Jetbot has several different pattern options to choose from. I like that it has six different cleaning modes which is very impressive. The mop heads rotate to effectively clean any dirt or stuck on grime. It is pretty smart when following patterns and does not bang into furniture. When finished cleaning simply rinse and clean mop heads and store on the pad.

After getting it unboxed and set up and getting it on the app, everything was pretty much plug and Play. It is surprisingly quiet for what it does and does not bother you when it's working there are some noise, but it's totally tolerable. I like how you can change the mop pads and watch them separately. You can also put in a little bit of cleaning solution into the pad assembly itself and it will slowly distribute that solution as the machine works. I really enjoy the handheld feature so I can get my windows clean as well with these. I do wish a smart mapping feature worked better but my house is pretty complicated so it does work fairly well. Highly recommended.

So when I got this in the mail, I was super excited to try it out as I am such a nerd for technology and innovation. I would recommend the instructions that are provided through the QR code on how to use the product. The instructions in the video were very simple and easy to follow. In the initial use, I was so happy to see the Jetbot mop moving from tile to tile to clean the space. It is very intelligent in which when it is about to hit a corner it pauses for a bit and then moves away from the edge. I also like the small and nifty remote it comes with making it easier to direct it. The mop works effortlessly and makes the floor look shiny and squeaky clean. It is such a fun activity to watch and experience. I would recommend this to family and friends. I also think that this product has great potential in bigger houses as the area to clean is much bigger there and the time spent by folks to clean is cumbersome. Because this mop cleans the area in such a fascinating manner and takes care of the job very smoothly, I would see this product in every large household. One suggestion I think would be to make a holding tray for this mop in such a fashion that when the battery needs charging, it goes back to the tray and plugs itself to get recharged again. Implying that the charging could be automated as well. Design wise and functionality wise, I would give it a score of 10 out of 10!! Samsung made a very robust product which is pleasant to look at and also creates pleasant environments after the cleaning work gets done! It was mesmerizing to watch how it navigated around objects, cabinets and kids. It was easy to assemble and the directions were straight forward I was “cleaning” in no time. I highly recommend the investment to make free time to work on another project. I am still going strong with my Jetbop Mop it works hard so I don't have too!

Review I am quite impressed by this little machine. Let me make it clear; this machine is not for everyone. Though it is an incredible gadget, it has its own limitations. Do not expect it to work like a robotic vacuum. The machine is well built, sturdy and light weight. Comes with all required accessories like; microfiber pads, remote, battery and a charging adapter. There is no major assembly but I would strongly advice to go thru the instructions before you try anything. It comes with 2 sets of cleaning pads; One with shorter but thicker yearns designed to clean corners, cracks and other with longer yarns for general cleaning. It also has a silicon brush. The rotating water tanks are tiny but works well for nearly 49 minutes. It has 7 different automatic cleaning modes and 1 manual mode very handy for cleaning bathroom tiles. The cleaning result on automatic mode is acceptable on wooden floors, tiles and vinyl floors. However, there are two flaws with this unit. Unlike robotic vacuums, the unit does not recognize a transition from wooden / Tile flooring to carpet or area rugs. It also keeps hitting furniture or odd shaped cabinet molding. The water tanks are small but according to Samsung it lasts up to 50 odd minutes. I could not test mine fully because of a leak in the tank. As per Samsung, you should not use anything other than clean water in the tanks. So if you are a cleaning freak, this is not the right device for you. In manual mode, it is quite helpful to clean / scrub tiles. You may want to pre soak the tiles with water / cleaning solutions before scrubbing the tiles with this unit. Charging the unit is quite easy and it charges quickly. Its light weight which is very helpful while cleaning vertical tiles. Cleaning the unit is very easy. Microfiber pads can be washed separately and unit can be cleaned with just a dampened cloth. Bottom Line: This unit is not for everyone. It is expensive , not for deep cleaning but just every day maintenance for a small sized area with no carpets / area rugs and odd shaped furniture / cabinet moldings. If you need little convenience and saving time but can also afford, this is the device you should buy

Taking it out of the box, it is surprisingly lightweight and intuitive to use. I won't pretend that this device is a miracle worker, but it does a great job cleaning surfaces compared to someone who may be trying to rush through housework. It doesn't get into every nook and cranny, but does a a great job in the most high traffic areas. If you need an assistant while cleaning up around the house, this device will do the job well. But you also need to make the effort to maintain and clean the device to ensure it runs in tip top shape.
it is quiet, fast, has long battery life and does its job for the most part. i want to love it but cannot, because it doesn't get to floor underneath my kitchen cabinet. it is too tall.
