We've had many other dishwashers with some costing more than twice as much as our Samsung dishwasher. However, none of those performed as well, offered as many options, or cleaned our dishes perfectly each time - streak free! Plus, this dishwasher operates so quietly that we find ourselves questioning whether we started the cycle! I am very, very happy with our choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher 6 months ago. It never fails to impress us! Does a great job getting dishes washed. The inside of the dishwasher is beautiful. The adjusting 2nd row is great for the times we have some really big plates. The adjustable parts of the trays makes it great for fitting and holding odd shaped pieces. The 3rd row is just wonderful. The integration with SmartThings is impressive and provides great information during the use.

Did alot of research online and chose the Samsung unit with very low noise,,You barely notice the thing is running. Looks good in the kitchen next to the matching refrigerator, microwave and range/oven. Like the option of several different cleaning cycles.

The dishwasher is whisper quiet—you barely even know it's on. With my large open-concept kitchen and family room, it's easy to watch TV in peace while the dishwasher is running. FYI if you have a cabinet in between your dishwasher and sink, the installers will not install it. You'll have to get a plumber.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am dissatisfied with this dishwasher. It does not clean well and requires a complete pre-washing of all dishes. Although very quiet it does not clean well. The automatic die open feature at the end of the wash cycle is Internittant, so it is leaving the door closed and dishes wet.
bad: 1. difficult to install. needs either 1 inch more clearance on the left side or 2-3 inches in the back to account for the water inlet hose. this was the main reason for my low score. it was very difficult and i've done this before. 2. takes 2 hrs to wash 3. doesn't clean well 4. delivery people didn't unbox, leading to one of the plastic feet to get broken good: 1. attractive 2. very quiet, can't hear it when watching tv 6 ft away in the next room 3. pops open at the end of a cycle to air dry 4. allows delay start neutral: 1. the app tells me when my cycle is done and how much time is left on the wash
Do NOT Buy. Less than a year old and the top Nozzle Arm falls off everytime we slide out the top rack. The repairman said he will order a new nozzle arm but it will not matter, the nozzle arm will continue to fall off into the lower rack and dishes. Samsung says they will replace with the same model. We are pursuing a full credit.
the dishwasher stops opening. the automatic cycle will turn off the dishwasher after about 15 minutes. i have already had it repaired twice and the problems just come back. i love the samsung phones but i will never buy another samsung appliance. they are garbage.
