The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a pretty amazing phone. The fingerprint lock is fantastic. No more people messing with my phone, unless I let them. The ability to use the S Pen when I want or my finger, is great. In fact, just pulling out the little S Pen brings up a feature automatically, where you can take a note, draw or more. The battery lasts several days. I use my phone like I do my computer, so the extra safety features are especially nice.
FIVE! The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 deserves five stars. I'm currently a student, a writer and an artist, and I use every feature it has. I'm more than happy with the phone. It's powerful, it moves quickly, and it's easy to handle. I download apps that make my life easier; for example, to be able to use e-books, so I don't have to lug around heavy textbooks to class is fantastic! With the pen tool on the phone, I'm able annotate and write notes, keep up with my schedule, emails, social media, honestly, the list goes on! I also write a blog about great deals, restaurants, and events in the greater Philadelphia area. With the phone, I'm able to take fantastic pictures and awesome footage without having to worry about bringing my camera around with me everywhere I go. I simply insert my micro SD memory card, and go on my way. This phone is the best phone I've ever had. Though, the Samsung Galaxy S III was great, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is superior, and I love it!
its just Amazing..! i was using i phone 4s and now moved to note 4 ... its just like i released from a jail :)
Up until I purchased my Note, I had solely used IPhones. After several problems occurring with several phones I decided I was ready for Samsung I purchased the Note so that I could use it for work as well as personal calls. It is amazing. I am in love and never purchasing another brand again. Here are just a few reasons I love it: One, while I am on a work call, I never have to look for a pen and paper. I can easily jot down phone numbers or info with my stylist and notepad. Two, the camera takes professional looking photos. I use it solely for my instagram and blog. I rarely need a filter. Three, it charges in thirty minutes. I have a small child and I use this phone for work so I need it to charge fast and it does. Four, super easy to use. I was told I would have a learning curve but the interface is accessible and I found the transition easy. Five, I love the larger screen. It makes internet browsing, maps, and everyday use so much easier. Great phone! Amazing Camara!
The screen on this beast is something to behold, you should check one out the next time you are in an electronics shop (if they have it in stock). The audio is clear and loud even with a dual layer Otter BOX case protecting it. The pen? I knew I was going to like the pen after having upgraded to a Surface Pro tablet/laptop replacement earlier this year. Not sure I could live without the pen now, it's just that easy to get used to using and having. Size? It's freaking big, big enough that I'm going to get a holster of some sort for it because it will not fit in all my pockets and let the buttons work. That previous phone went 18 feet to concrete off my uncle's roof in Spokane without breaking (in a Ballistic case) because I forgot to button up, this phone won't allow me to button up and I don't want to test this Otter BOX that way just yet if I can help it. And the camera is pretty dang awesome even at night (sample pictures submitted with review) For the record, my last 3 phones in order have been a Samsung ACE Windows phone (Windows Mobile 6.1) that tethered 3G, a Samsung Galaxy Epic 4G (WiMAX) that tethered and was rooted, and a Samsung Galaxy S III that was rooted to remove bloatware and allow occasional tethering without a plan. I've not rooted the Note 4 yet, though I suspect I will as there are some distinct advantages to doing so. It's really a question of deciding if I can live with Sprint's bloatware or not, I'm spoiled by not having to deal with it on the last couple of phones that I rooted.
I recently upgraded to the Samsung Note 4. I love the phone. The camera takes great pictures! I wish the battery would last longer. It seems to drain a lot faster than my Note 3 did. The battery is really the only complaint I would have. I absolutely love my phone!!
I am very happy with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 . Love the stylus S Pen that it is equipped with. The sleek design, the weight that it carries, not heavy, but not too light. Most of all it's all about what's under the hood I always say. Galaxy Note 4 seems to be a bit more with Ghz speed, Ram, and the 5.7" screen it carries. Yes I'm Happy!
Great phone, and it just updated to Lollipop!! OVERALL: Overall it is an amazing phone and I have yet to figure out or use all the great options the phone provides. Loving it!!! Have recommended this phone to anyone that is willing to listen!! PROS: (To many to list) There are more pros than I can list or probably even aware of yet, but here are a few. Screen clarity is amazing, it takes awesome photos and videos and YouTube videos look stunning in full screen. Calls are crystal clear and signal strength is better than my wife's iPhone 5s. Bluetooth works great and easily connected to my compatible devices without any troubles. CONS: (Limited and VERY MINOR) Only cons I can think of are minor and more likely caused by Carrier limitations/bloatware or even more likely, my limited knowledge of Android and how everything works on the phone compared to my previous phone, a Samsung S III. The phone seems to use up the majority of the 3 GB of RAM it comes with, even when I am doing absolutely nothing on the phone. Though I have yet to fully investigate what is the cause and if there is anyway to adjust it but will be doing so soon. Wish there was away to control what appears on the lock screen in a more granular level, which could be limited by my carrier. I also wish I could remove some of the bloatware that was installed by my carrier, which I know is not Samsung's fault but just saying. The phone is also a little pricey but like I always say, "You get what you pay for!" LOVE THIS PHONE AND SAMSUNG, Keep up the good work Samsung!!!
Phone has never let me down, taking all photos on the Note 4, haven't touched my Reg. Camera in 2 years.
To start off, I LOVE the new features and design of this device. The snote updates, the stylus, the 1080p screen, the HD camera, etc. It's quite a step up from my previous phone, the Note 2, in terms of features. HOWEVER, THE RECEPTION IS HORRIBLY AWFUL!!! Every phone I've had in the past 8 years had full reception, generally, everywhere I went. Now, I can barely watch a youtube video in 360p resolution if I use data while outside or in my room because I have 1 bar of service!! If there's an ad, that basically says, "Your time is up, go do something else". It is NOT the fault of Verizon's signal strength in my area. The other devices on my line, 2 basic phones and an S3 have FULL RECEPTION. Replacing the SIM, resetting the device, checking for updates did not work and I'm not alone. If it weren't for the poor reception quality, this would be 5 stars across the board, but form must follow function. I have quite a bit of buyer's remorse and until this is fixed, I won't be recommending this device.
