This is by far the easiest of all the smart devices I have used . Very smart design for installation of my devices.
Samsung Smart Home Hub and other things are ultimate products for future Home automation, it took less than 15 minutes to easy connect/configure/activate. Great and easy!
I moved from Wink to Smartthings. I am really satisfied. It really works well with so many things. I have added garaged opener, water sensors, alarms and switches so far. Next i am planning to add door/window sensors.
I started off with Iris. The 1st generation did what I wanted, the second generation, which I was eventually forced to use, was way more complicated. Nothing was easy. Smartthings has been incredibly easy to use. Also, all of the features are offered without paying a service charge.
This smart home controller now only supports many different protocols, but has an active community and the ability to program your own devices / controls to suit your needs. It was simply to setup and so far has been simple to use. I still only have a few devices, but so far everything I have tried connecting has worked!
New to connected home equipment & techniques. Smart hub easy to setup and establish connection to remote devices and Echo. Learning capabilities. On-line information useful, butsometimes a challenge to find. Enjoying expanding system ! A part of the future !
Everything controlled for free is amazing! Ive had multiple samsung products and have never been let down!
Unit arrived in timely manner the setup wasn't to complicated. Some navigation problems with app no way to finish an install and jump back to home page. Seems to work ok so far. Wireless connection to router would be nice.
Easy set up and the amount of hardware to link to it makes this to me the best smart home hub available.
Pick it up last week. Paired with harmony ultimate remote no problem, worked great use it to control wall unit lights with leviton light control.
