Maybe I haven't used it enough times to. Really get the full effect. I've noticed a very small difference in anxiety. Or maybe my job is just too stressful and that's why I need to use it more haha. Try for yourself
This ashwagandha supplement seems to be exactly what it claims to be. The pills capsules are clean, not leaky, have no unpleasant taste, smell or aftertaste. As for stress relief, well, we live in a very stressful world. I have not felt any relief from stress yet, but I will continue to take this product and hope for the best.
With my job position I get pretty stressed. When you're trying to meet the quota but are short with supplies it gets pretty stressful and these capsules help me relax at the end of the day.

These Ashwagandha 60 CT, for Stress Relief by Dr. Juan Santo Remedio seem to be working pretty well! I’ve only been using them for almost 3 weeks now but I already feel a difference. I tend to stress extremely easy, and along with the stress comes anxiety, depression, frustration, and all that ugly good stuff that unfortunately many normal people just go through on the daily basis, and or way more often than we should, specially if you’re anything like that stresses and worries even over small little things. However I’ve been working on it and these ashwagandha seem to be boosting it a bit more so far. The capsules are pretty big so if you struggle with larger pills these might be a bit hard to swallow however they are gel caps and the powder is inside so you can possibly open them up, not quite sure since I’ve never had an issue with larger pills , they are gel caps so there really is no flavor when you take them. I will continue to take them and hope they will make me feel better and better on my stress levels. They’re also natural which is even more awesome! But so far so good and highly recommend!
This arrived just as I was completing my usual Ashwaganda and I was happy that the main components were listed. I have not used for 4 weeks just yet but am already having the calming effects as expected. Santo Remedio has many products and I really like this one!
This supplements is great for lowering stress levels while increasing energy levels, this supplement was recommended to me by my holistic doctor, this is great for anyone who wants to replace energy drinks with something more natural. My doctor said that this is way better than energy drinks and coffee. So I recommend it as well, but don’t expect to take these and Expect to have the same amount of energy as if you were when drinking your energy drink. But these will give you enough energy to get you through the day while at the same time helping reduce your stress levels.
I choose the Ashwagandha 60 CT, for Stress Relief in the hopes that it’ll help with my stress. I’ve used it for about a week. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It has helped a little with my inflammation along with other medications. We’ll see in the long run.
I didn’t have them long enough to see if they work, but the few I did take did help me can down and relax a little more then before but I’ve been skipping days until I talk to my doctor to see if this is safe for me.
I received this Santo Remedio Ashwagandha For Stress 60CT for my use and review. So far so good. No side effects until now, but I just started to take it a couple of days ago. I only gave it 3 stars because I am waiting a couple of weeks to start seeing the results, and then I will update the review.
