This pill is just what I needed. I feel way more energy as well motivated to complete my daily. I feel more energy efficient during bed time. I recommend this pill.
I haven’t been taking these long enough to really notice anything but they didn’t make me feel sick at all I have felt just fine after. I’m going to keep taking them and hope they make a difference in my energy. The pills have no flavor and I don’t notice a smell. They are capsules and they’re pretty average sized not too big, very easy to swallow.
I've been taking these for a few weeks now and can see a change in my level of energy. It's gradual so it can be hard to tell. You definitely see the difference once you stop taking them. Which I did because I was out of town for a few days and forgot them.
I’ve been using these nutrition dietary pills for the past couple of weeks I can’t really say too much about the sexual health part but I can’t say that it has boosted my energy and their typical size a pill they’re not too big not too large and they haven’t had any side effects from them I will continue to use them just for the boost of energy that they give me and they do not have any bad aftertaste or odors
I’ve been taking it for almost a week and the only difference I’ve felt is a little less sluggish in the mid afternoon. Not sure if you have to take it for a longer period before feeling or seeing further changes but just less sluggish for me so far. No highlights in the sexual part as of yet. I will say that the pill is easy to swallow, there’s no weird or herbal smell or taste to it. I haven’t experienced any issues or side effects as of yet. Instructions say to take it on an empty stomach or with a meal, I take mine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, doesn’t cause me nausea or any other problem so far.
This root herb has helped me to manage stress by giving me or boosting my energy. I feel it has helped me improve my mood. I feels it has helped with my stamina & energy level so I am able to tackle tasks even after working a full 8 hrs. It also has sharpen my memory. Overall, I can say my energy level has gone up & my mind is sharper ever since taking Maca. The bottle has double tamper resistance: Outer transparent plastic seal and inner seal (the inner seal helps preserve the freshness). The Maca are in gel caps that you can take them with water or you can twist them to pour the fine powdered Maca in any smoothie, coffee, or drink of your choice. I prefer to take the Maca in the morning because it gives me energy throughout the working day and beyond. I do recommend this product.
I've tried these for over three weeks, but I don't really see any results. I really don't feel more energy than usual, I might just not be the best at describing when it comes to pills, as I often don't notice the changes. However, maybe I will continue to take them and hope for better results in the long run. The pills are not huge, a little bigger than I prefer but easy to take with a glass of water. I'm not thrill over the smell but I can take it.
These capsules are too big and difficult to swallow it. If you don’t mind that then it’s fine, you have to take one a day but hence this not just for sexual health, this is great for overall health, highly recién d when you are going through your menopause
I was really hoping this would help me since I’m a low energy person, but sadly, I didn’t notice any change. I constantly wish I had the energy to run more errands, go out with friends more, go for walks with my dogs, etc, but I just never have that energy. I’ve been looking for some sort of boost, so this was intriguing, especially when I read it can help with libido as well. I’ve taken these maca root pills (one a day) every day for two weeks, and haven’t noticed any sort of change. My energy seems about the same, as does my libido. If it has helped, it is only slightly. After reading the ingredients, it’s great to know they're high in fiber, and some vitamins and minerals at least. They’re also free of many of the top allergies.
After taking these I got a bad tummy ache. Not sure if it was coincidence from food that I ate or not. At this time I stopped taking them but I will try again to see if these will work for me. They didn’t have a smell or taste to them so they were tolerable when taken. They were a bit bigger in size than what I expected.
