I live in an area that rains a lot. Before a thunderstorm, I get severe aches and pains in my hands and feet. I asked my doctor to recommend a supplement. I wanted something to take that was natural to relieve the pressure in my joints so that I can continue to walk my dog every day. She recommended taking a joint supplement with Tumeric. I have been taking it daily since it started raining; however, the coated tablet was hard to swallow. Dr Juan's Santo Remedio Tumeric capsules are easy to swallow! I take a serving size of 3 capsules daily as directed. There are 90 capsules in the jar, so enough for 30 days. Each serving size contains 1200mg Tumeric Powder (Curcuma Longo), 300mg Tumeric Extract, and 150mg Organic Ginger Root Powder. Pregnant or nursing women, individuals taking medication(s) or persons who have a health condition should consult their doctor before using this product. The label says "Supports Joint Health and Healthy Inflammatory Response to Exercise". These capsules work and have provided me with relief so I am able to do daily activities without pain or stiffness in my joints. I recommend taking these capsules for recovery.
I have started taking this Resveratrol for its benefits as an anti-inflammatory. The size of the capsule is a bit large. Since I've been taking it, I haven't noticed any adverse effect. I think is a very good supplement as it also have antiviral properties, something really important during these days, in order to protect ourselves from so many viruses circulating. I recommend this product for all its health benefits,, and because Dr Juan is a great doctor, who is focused on preventing diseases.
I have Lupus and this is the best thing I have had to fight inflammation. Turmeric/Curcuma is one of the best natural supplements to support joint health. Just 3 capsules daily and you will notice the difference in you body. This Santo Remedio bottle come with 30 capsules that contain Turmeric Powder, Turmeric Extract and Ginger Root Powder. For someone like me that has daily joint pain I promise after a week I feel the difference.
I've been using this for over 30 days now and I like this product it does what it says it is a contributing to bring inflammation down in my body I will continue to use this I'm ordering another bottle and I recommend the use of this overtime it does help relieve inflammation in your body
Before I started taking these turmeric pills I was taking turmeric N my daily shakes being that I had surgery and I was trying to keep the inflammation down I heard turmeric works for inflammation and out had worked for me It worked well so I feel like these pills are going to do the same thing just as it did with the actual turmeric powder
SANTO REMEDIO CURCUMA TUMERIC SUPPLEMENT CAPSULES. I am 76 years old, very active, still employed and take lots of vitamins and do thorough research on vitamins/supplements. Tumeric just recently became known to the general public to have properties that help with many health conditions such as increase in antibodies, cancer, cholesterol, sleep deprivation just a few mentioned per internet search. Personally, I have even used a Tumeric based face mask for dark spots and it was quite effective.. The bottle of SANTO REMEDIO CURCUMA TUMERIC SUPPLEMENT contains 90 capsules with recommended dosage of 3 times daily. The ingredients show 1200 mg numeric powder, 300mg numeric extract and 150mg of ginger root powder. I have been taking these capsules because my cholesterol is a bit high and it's making a difference and I will continue to take them once this batch is gone. Recommend this product. CAVEAT: I DID NOT receive the RESVERATROL [I RECEIVED THE TUMERIC] capsules and I've written the Spark Review team three times advising I received the wrong item, Notwithstanding, I get an email threatening to drop me from the program if I didn't write a review even though I have written to Spark about the disconnect and been associated with Spark for years! Therefore, the above review is written under duress for the ITEM THAT I DID RECEIVE [TUMERIC] because I can't write a review for ITEM [RESVERATROL] that I didn't receive. I have used resveratrol in the past and I have now started taking it again. I have started taking Dr. Juan's Santo Remedio Resveratrol because I want to support my body's health and well being. Resveratrol is good for anti-inflammatory purposes and other health benefits that I have read about. I take one capsule every day which is 200mg. I take it after dinner with a glass of water. I highly recommend this product.
I feel good, and best of all, I have had no side effects. And a very important thing to me is that I don't need to drink any wine at all to get my resveratrol. So I am going to buy some more. I can recommend this product.
I recently received this supplement for review. I have only take for about 5 days. I have not noticed any significant changes to report regarding the effects or effectiveness of this product. I am sure if given more time to assess, I could give more input about it. It is a easy to swallow capsule, at least for me. It is not too big and there is no after taste which is always a plus. It is only a month supply, so there is possible need to buy two bottles to see effects. I will.continue this product until finished because I truly have issues with inflammation and hope to see real results.
I am not sure what Resveratrol is like, as I received Tumeric. However, I can say that I have always enjoyed Tumeric for its healing properties so I have been using these capsules for about a week and a half. I am not sure that I can really see progress, as it's only been a week, however I can say the capsules have been easy to swallow, they are of standard size. The orange color can be a bit unappealing but Tumeric does not have a strong taste so there are no issues there. I will continue to use and would recommend Santo Remedio supplements.
