This bottle of Saffron pills is easy to carry around. The Saffron pills are very easy to swallow. They are about 5/8 inches in size. The outside is made of a see thru dissolvable component. I like that you can see the Saffron powder inside the capsule. The bottle is small, and can fit almost anywhere. Perfect to carry in your bag or purse. I also like that the bottle cap opens like a toilet seat. This is very convenient, and pain free for your hands. I love it. After using them for a period of a month, have not got any stomach pain, or any other discomfort like usually happens with other kind of pills. I really recommend this Saffron pills. I have also drank them together with other pills, such as, multivitamins, or headache pills, and it has not created any discomfort in my stomach either. I think they are fantastic. I have a very sensitive stomach, so I have to be picky about what supplements I choose for my daily dose, and I am very happy that I can say this Saffron pill has never created any negative reaction in my body. Also, because they are very small, for a capsule, I like the fact that I don't need much water to swallow them. They are great.
After getting initial approval from my Doctor, I decided to try Santo Redmedio Tumeric. I really love the fact that this is just plain Tumeric with no additives that might upset my stomach. Tumeric is supposed to help alleviate/lessen joint pain. My goal is to build up to the recommended dose. I am all for taking natural pain relievers instead of doctor prescribed medications.
I love the Santos products specifically the turmeric it help me with inflammation. It also helped with tummy issues that I was experiencing. Their products are clean and they work well. I've always been a fan of the Santos products.
As I get older, I feel that I need to take care of my joint health. Turmeric is great for that. I have become very familiar with Santo Remedio supplements and it's a good brand to use. Santo Remedio is reasonably priced and is available at Walmart. There are other Santa Remedio products that I would like to try. I recommend this brand for your supplement needs.

Santo Remedio has a wide variety of products to choose from. I've been wanting to try something for inflammation because my joints feel a little achy . A good friend of mine recommended that I try Santo Remedio Turmeric for inflammation . The benefits that it's natural and has been around for many years . The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day but I suggest to try one per day until your body becomes adjusted to the turmeric. My husband and I are going to try them to help with our joint issues . I would recommend these to anyone who likes to take natural supplements .
I also use Black Seed Oil and find that if I take turmeric and bso together, it makes a difference in my joints. I feel much better throughout my day.
