I took this Santo Remedio Para Los Huesos Vitamin D with my lunch. The bottle comes with 30 capsules. Each capsule is small enough and easy to take. I like that it didn't have too much of a taste or flavor because that also helps swallowing the capsule with ease. It did have a slight hint of diary or milk like flavor to it. One capsule is recommend to be taken per day. I think that these capsules are useful especially when the days are shorter or when one may constantly be stuck at home without any sunlight. It has an extremely short list of ingredients, basically about 4 ingredients. The vitamin D3 content per capsule is 12.5 micrograms. The bottle is small enough to even take one on the go if necessary. I'd recommend these capsules for their ease of taking and since everyone could use some vitamin D.
I've always taken Vitamin D , since I tend to always be low. I've never had Dr. Juan's Santo Remedio -Vitamin D. I gotta say so far I like them. I don't like taken pills that are too large and hard to swallow. These aren't too big or too small, they're just right. They are in a clear capsule, so you actually see what your taking. They are tested to be sure of there strength and purity. With supplements you can't always be sure. Have simple ingredients for those who have sensitivities. Look forward to taking Dr Juan's other products on the market.
I was advised by my doctor after contracting Covid related pneumonia to add Vitamin D to my daily vitamins. I already take a multi vitamin but was advised to take additional Vitamin D in order to help my body's immune system. I have been doing great taking Dr. Juan's Vitamin D. It is in capsule form and is easy to swallow.
My doctor recently told me my vitamin D level was very low I ordered these through the spa program and have been taken on my levels have went up sufficiently I highly recommend this item.
Great source of vitamin D for bone support. 30 capsules that aren't too big and are easy to swallow. It is 12.5 MCG, 60% of daily vitamin D3 to be taken daily.
I am ALWAYS low in vitamin D every time I get bloodwork done. So I was surprised when I got the results from the last round of bloodwork and saw it had increased. I'm still low but for me to be up where I was IS an improvement. I had only been taking these supplements for about a week when I had it drawn so I am hopeful it will actually come up to normal levels at this rate. I can't guarantee that of course but I will certainly try it to see. I have tried everything else so if this works I will be one happy woman!
I like taking this Santo Remedio Para Los Huesos, Vitamin D Dietary Supplement because this way I get the boost of vitamin d that I may not be getting in my daily intake that my body needs for bone support. This vitamin d is for promoting calcium absorption, support healthy bones and teeth, and contribute to immune system health, things I need at my age. The capsules are small and really easy to take and swallow. I don't have any issues with my stomach when taking these. The bottle is small enough to take on the go to for vacation. I feel better knowing I'm taking an extra supplement of vitamin d to my regular vitamin regimen for the right and adequate amount. I would recommend it.
I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I have tried a wide variety of supplement brands and this is the first one that I get a tablet with powder inside, every other brand I have used come in a gel/oil format. I don't know if this improves or hinders absorption, I won't know if this is any good until my next annual exam where my Vitamin D levels will be checked but in the meantime, I don't think I'll be buying this again as my doctor wants me to take a higher daily dose so this bottle doesn't last for long. Be sure to keep this out of reach of children as the bottle is super easy to open.

I've only been taking these pills for a little over a week. Don't see any difference yet but will continue to take them. I like that the pills aren't too big and they are easy to swallow. Also love that you don't have to take them with food.
