I bought 4 of these for my home theater surround speakers. They were easy to assemble and look great. The wire concealment works - but is a bit awkward to assemble the plastic pieces (you bend them into slots) and that design could be improved upon. Once together - the concealment is adequate. The color is consistent among all the stands and they really look good - they match my hardwood floors and speakers. I was also fairly impressed with the reasonable shipping cost and how quickly I got them. I wouldn't call them expensive - but if the price were a bit lower I would've felt it was a good deal. Overall - I'm very satisfied. On a side note, I expect them to last a long time since I own a pair of full-sized speaker stands (for 20 years) and a pair of glass bottomed surround stands (10 years) and they still look good.
