I love Sara Lee products been buying them for years, but i don't know what happened to your pound cakes, they were so dry, not like I remember was going to use them for shortcake, that didnt happen.
Box was dented they placed all the heavy items on it
Horrible, just horrible...it's so dry I looked at the sell by date. Sara Lee poundcake used to be very good years ago, but now it just compressed sawdust. Ordered the Walmart poundcake but it was substituted with the Sara Lee. Will be removing the "best match" option from my order status.
This was crushed and also opened. I had to throw it away. I would like to refund for this place. thank you
Very poor packaging. Aluminum cake pan is very thin, fragile and easily distorted so the crimping around the pan doesn't work to keep it closed. The pan was open when received and the cake was crumbled. It was part of a delivery so it probably wasn't treated well in transit. Supposed to be frozen.
I didn't want to go through the trouble of baking my own delicious pound cake and cleaning up afterwards. Wish I had now. This cake is awful. It tastes like cornbread. May crumble and throw out for the birds.
the pound cake came in a cardboard package with a metal rim and thin cardboard topping. there is no wrapping of any kind on the cake to keep it from drying out. it is so stale , its barely edible even with juice of berries poured on It
There is nothing fun about receiving your frozen order items thawed out My local store is 3 miles, 10 minutes max What the heck happened? I order 4-5 weekly My Pioneer Woman merchandise is delivered perfectly every week by FedEx Every item delivered from my local store has a issue It's damaged, dirty, unusable or in this case every frozen item was thawed and a soggy mess I was given the Corporate office number and a toll free number for complaints I will be calling both numbers tomorrow!!
I used to buy Sara Lee pound cake alll the time. Doesn't taste the same. There's no butter or sweet taste. In fact it leaves a lingering after taste. Will not be buying this again..
My pickup up order was July 10th. I was having friends over and planned on making strawberry shortcake. I can't walk n count on Wal-Mart to get my order right n give me fresh food. Unfortunately, the cake expiration was for May . very disappointed
