This has been a got with both kids. Good for use out on highchairs.

The Wonder Wheel was recommended to us for our 6 month old daughter who wasn't interested in transitioning to solid foods. We attached to her high chair table and she was so amazed by the wheel and everything it could do that feeding time became a breeze.
My 6 months old loves this toy. It is mesmerizing. It doesn't suck very well though. We have stokke tripp trapp chair and it doesn't suck at all there. We use the wheel on the floor to play with and during car rides.
Well made, easily spins and amusing, however doesn't stick well to most surfaces
