I needed a tall cabinet to house all my audio and video components next to the fireplace my flat panel TV is hung over. This cabinet was perfect. There is plenty of room for components. Everything I've got fits easily. I cut out large holes in the back for hooking up cables. The back on this cabinet was thin and easy to cut to size. There is a large compartment below the glass component door, great for my Wii accessories. The door on the right side is meant for holding CDs and DVDs, which is pretty useless these days. I left out one of the shelves to leave more spacing for other purposes. The shelves are fixed in place, not adjustable. For laminated particle board, this cabinet looks much better than you'd expect and is a solid piece of furniture. Construction took a couple of hours, but it was worth the time and effort.
This was very easy for my wife and I to aaemble only took about an hour.This item is very heavy so bring someone with a truck so you wont scratch or ding the product. We changed the polished brass hardware to Brushed nickel and matches beautifully with our bedroom set from Havertys.The picture on the web site is very close to the real color. We recived the order a week early and there was no broken glass or scratches very well packed by Sauder.
The cherry wood is very beautiful and the product looks just like the picture. The instructions on how to put it together were easy to read and very, very helpful. It took me about 2 hours to put together.
excellent size for small livingroom beautiful finish in a cherry wood . has lots of room for large stereo system and lots of space for cds and records. beautiful glass doors for show and keeping dust out. over all egellant, useful, and strudy piece of furniture at an excellant price. this is what i have come to expect from sauder brand furniture.
I wanted a cabinet that had wheels to match the tv stand and this was from the same group. It is a good looking piece.
I have purchased many Sauder products over the years and each one is a quality piece of furniture. No it's not solid wood but it looks that way. The instructions are precise and each piece fits perfectly. I will buy from this company again in the future.
Great product, it looks nice. I had to replace one piece that came broken in two pieces but the company replaced it very quick.
This cabinet looks nice and was pretty easy to put together. The only thing I did not like was that the shelves in the media storage are fixed, not adjustable. I was hoping to store a bunch of DVDs in there, but there are three shelves for CDs and only two shelves for DVDs or VHS tapes. We have a DVD/VCR combo, and it just barely fits. The shelves are about 18" wide. Overall, it looks really nice and holds most of what I wanted it to.
This product is of classic Sauder construction and easy to assemle. The price at Walmart was the cheapest in the area. While we had specific size constraints, I feel it was a bit overpriced. However, we love how it looks.
This is a great product, plenty of storage, great value and relatively easy to put together. The one downfall would have to be the tacky hardware. We may have to go out purchase some different hardware but overall, I'm happy with it. It fits a ton of CD's and/or DVD's in the side console.
